They need to do a better job of paying attention to putting the correct ingredients in the smoothies. Their carelessness could cause someone with a severe allergy to have an adverse reaction. I ordered two smoothies and modified them with added spinach. A simple non complicated addition, right? However, what I got was two smoothies with added ginger which completely messed up the taste of the drinks. By the time we realized the error that was made, we were already a good distance from the store as this was a to go order. Very disappointed in this location as other locations (Waldorf and both Alexandria locations) have never messed up an order and we frequent those way more. And then they have the nerve to ask for a tip at the register! Tips are for competent service. One thing going for them was that it was a clean restaurant…that day.

Listen up fellow consumers, if you want epic customer service, and someone that seems to go the extra mile to make customers feel valued, while also making a pretty epic smoothie, make sure you ask for Samar at this location (pronounced Summer)!!! He even had the diabetic suggestions at the ready and was very knowledgeable about all products, while giving noteworthy customer service. Management/corporate, you all should invest heavily in him. Give him is gown store and or district and let him show the company as a leader, a new standard of customer service. Take your bow Samar, you deserve it with honors. Blessings!

Had no idea they add sugar to their smoothies. Bought one & it was disgustingly sweet, immediately walked back in store to ask why it was so sweet, the manager sitting to the side advised that all of their smoothies have sugar added, but I explained the description does not say sugar… he reply’s abrasively, it’s the small print. Then further explains, I am the only customer who’s questioned that & reiterated all of their smoothies have it added & extremely reluctant to remake for me. They weren’t rude but very condescending & smuggish. I won’t return to this location.

I came to this location tonight after working a long 12 hour shift in the ER excited to get my smoothie for the night and I was greeted with a rude unpleasant and unprofessional young black woman with gold hair, managing the drive-through. Maybe it’s the southern In me, but in place of business, I’m used to being greedy professionally and Told thank you have a nice day after I spend my money I didn’t get neither. When I pulled up to the drive-through, the girl said tropical smoothie I said excuse me she said “hello” I went on ahead and placed my order anyway make it to the door. She says hi. I asked if I could use Apple Pay. She handed the device out the door she took my money handed me my Wrap I ordered and shut the door. She opened it back up, handed me my drink without a straw and shut the door again.. After working hard Is disheartening to spend my money at a place of business like this regardless of how much money I make and if the bill was only $17, I will not be back.

I just visited this location and there are employees in there that really don’t understand and or speak complete English so there was a language you got as I’m trying to get information from the employees. The one gentleman probably did not speak English at all. Just ignore me and walked off and everyone in the store, laughing and joking. I’m the type that we speak up so I did speak out to these guys and let them know that they don’t need to do any of that if they wanna say anything, they can say it directly to me. This is a good store location. They employees need to be trained a lot more or replaced.
