From one local business owner whose shop is set to open within two months or so to another. I’m taking notes. Today 1/30/26, I talked someone into ordering from your location against there will due to a previously bad experience. Someone responded but clearly it fell on deaf ears as the exact same experience occurred. We ordered online and as i walked in, I noticed the smoothies were sitting on the counter amongst the others. I asked the employee, “is there a reason why the drinks weren’t in a freezer or refrigerator?” The response was, “If I don’t like it, they’ll be glad to make another one.” Management/Ownership cannot be satisfied with that response. I saw the watery separation of liquid already occurring before I got to the car. I think i was more disappointed in the fact that I advocated for a second chance in hopes of another outcome. To be fair, I called La Plata location and they do the exact same thing as you. I called yet another location and they refrigerate. Unsure if it’s TSC policy but common sense and an overall care for customer satisfaction has to kick in. Good luck to you as i can make my own watery smoothies with my ninja at home.

The yogurt I received is somewhat empty and doesn’t have enough yogurt in it and it looks disgusting to eat. Nothing like in the picture. This company needs to hire people that will enjoy what they do otherwise service sucks!! It’s not worth what I have paid for. My first time trying the smoothie place and I get the worst food and quality. I couldn’t check when I picked up the food bcz I was in a rush. I opened the bag and was very disappointed with what I saw that I had spent almost 9.00 on yogurt.

As a frequent Tropical Smoothie customer, I honestly hate having to write this, but it needs to be said. The first time I ordered from this particular location, I chalked the mistakes up to a one-off issue. My usual order is a Tropical Dragon Passion with a shot of probiotic and energizer, plus a chai oatmeal bowl.

I placed my order online for in-store pickup and was surprised to find it sitting out in the pickup box instead of being kept in a fridge, as I’ve seen at other locations. On top of that, the probiotic wasn’t blended into the smoothie—it was poured on top, exactly like my previous order from a few weeks ago.

At this point, it’s clear this is how this location operates. I’m disappointed in the consistency and care of preparation, and unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Tropical Smoothie never disappoints! The smoothies are always fresh, perfectly blended, and full of flavor. Whether I’m grabbing a quick pick-me-up or a full meal, everything tastes amazing—from the smoothies to the flatbreads, wraps, and bowls.

The staff is friendly, fast, and gets my order right every time. I especially love how clean the store is and how easy it is to order ahead through the app.

It’s my go-to spot for a healthy, satisfying option on the go. Highly recommend to anyone who loves fresh, flavorful food and great service!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tropical Smoothie location recently. The shift leader on duty was incredibly rude and dismissive to not just me, but also to another paying customer. I understand that everyone has bad days, but there’s absolutely no excuse for treating customers with such attitude and disrespect.

When I politely asked a question about my order, the shift leader responded in a condescending tone and seemed more interested in arguing than helping. It made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone in line. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy.. something this person clearly lacked.

I’ve always enjoyed coming here for the smoothies, but after this experience, I’ll think twice before returning. Management seriously needs to address how their staff interacts with customers. A little professionalism goes a long way.

It’s so upsetting that I literally order from this location 2-3 times a week but the last three times my order has been incorrect. This time however not only was the order wrong, but it was unappetizing and hard? Spoke with the owner and he said this couldn’t be, because his team is always on it. I’m not really one to emptily complain, and it wouldn’t make sense considering this is a place that I frequent. Highly disappointed, highly upsetting, but after his response and a short back and forth I will not be returning.

I picked up an order and there was 3 smoothies in one plastic bag. 24 ounces per smoothie. Wouldn’t it be a good manner to double bag? Went to do deliver the order than boom the bag breaks. I tried to save it but ended up tripping myself. However mistakes do happen, came to the store because it was a DoorDash order that was not completed. Either way the store HAS to give a refund of some type of exchange either way. I went to try to go get it remade. I even thought considering to pay for it but than realized why if It wasn’t a ME issue. So I told the situation and the shift leader tells me either I have to pay for it or the customer.. I told him it was not my fault and it was because of how it was given to me. A STORE ISSUE. Not because I decided to just drop the order..

Regardless the customer never received the order so as a manager you need to RESOLVE something.
