Visiting a mall in Sterling, decided to check-out the Tropical Smoothis in Sterling and was surprised to find it so close to the Dunkin which we use a lot. Nice and orderly inside and very clean. Nice cubby with all orders neatly placed with accessories. Piad in advance and already there with options I ordered. Good to know for the future when I am in the area. DStaff seem friendly and hard at work with orders.

Yesterday me and my husband went to order smoothies when there was no one besides us and one other person. We waited there for a good 25 minutes and nothing. My husband asked for the smoothies and still we didn’t get them. Never have we had this issue with other Tropical Smoothie locations but at this location the employees did not attend us so we had to go.

Was so sad, the entire summer all I wanted to try was the mango monsoon it was advertised on their mega poster and on tv. I went over five times after seeing it . Each time they proceeded to tell me they were out. Every single time. How ? And it was the same employees that kept turning me down.. I understand I could go to a different location, but this is within walking distance of my home so it’s perfect for me. I went back to get a sunrise sunset, since they had removed the advertisements for mango monsoon. This trip I payed for extra mango in my smoothie. And was not given extra. As Im placing my order the employee is already blending my drink off to the side. The moment I finished placing my order she handed me my drink and I knew it was wrong. The very last thing I mentioned on my order was to add extra mango. The drink was basically in my hand when that was said. and on the receipt it said I was charged for extra.

I had an online order at this Tropical Smoothie, I went and picked everything up but when I got home I realized I was missing a sandwich. I called the store and the manager apologized and told me that it was in a separate bag and hadn’t been placed with my order. The manger (Deeno) asked for my address so he could personally deliver the sandwich to my house!! He did exactly that in about 10 minutes. I am absolutely amazed and pleased with the customer service given at this location.

Bought a peanut butter paradise yesterday. The worst peanut paradise I Ever had from tropical smoothie, the drink was completely watered down,no taste at allllllll. Everybody can’t make those drinks period!, will Never patronize that shop again
