Kid walks up to the register after spotting me waiting. I say hi and am met with a blank stare. I look at the menu and don’t see the cappuccino smoothie and ask “where’s the smoothie with the coffee?” Kid says they don’t have a smoothie with coffee. Finally find the mocha madness smoothie and ask again. “No coffee smoothie?” Kid says no. Okay then. Heading to Smoothie King. Kicker? There’s like 4 adults and a manager standing in the back room shooting the breeze, not doing jack, but they send this cabbage to deal with the customer. Congrats, owner, you’re paying half a dozen people and still can’t get an order taken.

I ordered a chipotle chicken flatbread (no tomato) with kale apple slaw, and a BLT quesadilla (no tomato). The former did not have bacon or kale apple slaw, but did have tomatoes. The latter did not have the salsa ranch or any smoky cheese blend, and randomly had ham.

Outstanding Customer Service from Agnus!
I order smoothies weekly from Tropical Smoothie. Sometimes they’re amazing, and other times, not so much. Recently, I received a batch where the smoothies just didn’t taste right—my boys still drank theirs, but my husband and I couldn’t finish ours. Something was definitely missing!
I called the store and spoke with Agnus, who went above and beyond with her customer service. She was kind, understanding, and immediately apologized for the inconvenience. She assured me that they’d be happy to remake the smoothies anytime.
In a time when great customer service is rare, Agnus truly stood out. You can tell she cares about the business and the customers. Thank you, Agnus!

This was my first time visiting this location. I was a little apprehensive as some other locations of Tropical Smoothie Cafe were less than stellar and very disappointing. NOT THIS ONE!!! The customer service was exceptional, the food superb, the place was clean as well as the bathroom. I was very impressed with Ashlyn who took our order. She was super friendly. She especially demonstrated her excellent customer service skills with the gentleman that was serviced after me. He asked tons of questions. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the food items and smoothies. I will definitely be back, again and again. I am Vegan, so it was nice to have the plant based protein option for my wrap. I will refer this location to everyone I know!!!?

Placed a curbside order and they forgot about it. After waiting a longer time than I should have I called the store to ask about it and the exact words were, “oops we forgot about you”. Good smoothies but horrible customer service. I recently had a delivery from another tropical smoothie location and they forgot an entire meal and smoothie then gave me a $5 gift card as an apology, that didn’t even cover the cost of a smoothie.

Great smoothies but terrible customer service. My younger brother asked for a military discount and accidentally left the wallet in the vehicle. So he tried to search for confirmation on where it was via his phone. When he asked them to disregard we could literally hear the server Karina gossiping in the back, we then waited for our orders for 8 minutes and they mockingly told us that our order has been ready when they never even called out our name. It was just poor customer service all around. With all due respect they gotta do better.
