Great service by Destiny. She was in here making smoothies alone and did about 20 smoothies in 10 mins with a long line and no help at all. Also did it in a timely fashion and was very polite to the rude customers rushing her ! Thank you for making my morning and I pray she gets recognized for her amazing customer service and care for the people.

I am very disappointed this time around. I ordered an Açaí bowl with extra Nutella no coconut chips and substituted the blueberries. What I received was not what I ordered. I frequent this particular location all the time but in person. But today I ordered online through Uber eats. What I asked for was not given. It’s missing the extra Nutella I paid for and there is also no granola. I want my money back. And whomever you all had needs to read the orders correctly so mistakes like this don’t happen. Someone from corporate Or this location needs to contact me ASAP!!

Employees are friendly, but the wait was way too long 30 minutes for a chicken quesadilla and chips is not good. I pretty much finished my smoothie before I got my food. This location seemed adequately staffed but one employee mentioned that they only have one oven. They need more equipment to handle the in person orders online orders, and phone call orders. They should also have they should. They also did not seem to have any particular person in charge. Someone should have at least reassured the customers that their order was getting worked on.

This is the second time a get a salad from this place and is half spoiled and I have to take the old lettuce from my salad. These items are expensive and customers expect quality but my salad was prepared by the same girl in that back both times, and both times the salad was nasty. Eating here is a stark contrast to the Tropical at PG Plaza, the employees here are PRESENT and funny and MY BOWL WAS DELICIOUS!!! AND YOU SEE IT REFLECTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE REVIEWS HERE VERSUS PG WHERE THE ONE STAR REVIEW AT PG JUST KEEPS GETTING LONGER AND LONGER… I want so badly for PG to get its act together… It’s closer to me, and because it’s on the MD side of the line, it’s CHEAPER because of the lower tax! It would cost me less in gas!!! My barber is even there…. All that being said, it’s ridiculous but I’d rather PAY MORE, DRIVE FURTHER, AND WAIT LONGER, to get my breakfast & lunch here. I appreciate you Market St for redeeming the Tropical brand.

I had a really good experience here. The staff were friendly and the food was prepared really quickly. I had the thai chicken wrap which was really good, just wish the sauce was spread more evenly. And the island green smoothie which was excellent. I think a pretty healthy and filling meal. The maple sweet potatoes probably wound have been delicious, but they were undercooked and hard. But I think overall it was a great meal. Will be back.
