I loved the atmosphere and the vibes in there. The employees were super friendly and polite. I got my order out fast. Kavi made me the best peanut butter cup smoothie ever. I often get the açai bowls with nutella from here. They are the cheapest and best in town. Definitely worth a try!!

First time visiting a Tropical Smoothie location. I have to say I was impressed. The food was really good, I had a turkey sandwich and my family had wraps and a quesadilla. The smoothies were really good as well. I had the spinach and kale smoothie, and our family ordered other flavors. The prices are on the high side but the sizes are big. Everything was pretty healthy. The place had a lot of customers so it took some time to get our food, but it was worth it. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Definitely will be going back to try other things.

All the staff at this location are awesome. They always get my order out as swiftly as possible and each employee is usually super friendly. I don’t think I wanna visit any other location simply because I love these guys lol
The food is also super good and more filling than I’d expect. Today I got the acai bowl with Nutella and I thought the bowl itself looked small. They fill it all the way up and I actually felt full afterwards. My favorite thing to get would have to be the spinach feta and pesto wrap.

I’m always in on my break, Justina is always so great! Today the store was much busier than usually; She still had my order ready and still was so sweet as ever!! She truly needs a raise always has good energy!!! Also kavi always has my food nice and fresh an cheesy every time! Thankful for your staff.!

Justine loudly reprimanded me for taking my receipt myself. I thought I was helping bc she left the counter & looked busy. When she scolded me, I apologized multiple times and said since I learned I would not make the mistake again. She went ON to say TWICE, I could have broken the very expensive machine, in which case she “would have to sue me” among the other listed reasons why what I did was quite a violation. Did she assume I wouldn’t take responsibility in this imaginary case and pay for my hypothetical damage? Would she truly sue for what is $300-600 damages? Her voice was loud and dramatic enough that two other patrons asked me “what happened” and “what did I do”? Could she have perhaps simply said “please don’t reach past the payment machine”, or stopped the rant when my INSTANT reply was “oh, I’m so sorry, I didn’t realize that was not helpful, I understand now”? I feel like it was an intense reaction for a minor infraction.
