We placed an order for a smoothie, a flatbread and a ‘dilla. We used a coupon on the ‘dilla that made it free. When they gave us the order the ‘dilla wasn’t there, so we waited, thinking it wasn’t ready. But eventually we asked about it, and they apologized for their mistake and said when they added the coupon they accidentally deleted it. They gave us an extra free smoothie and 3 extra bags of chips for the mistake. They were very polite and had good customer service.

Five stars! I wandered into this tropical smoothie spot on a cloudy afternoon and was blown away. Mary the GM was very friendly and kind, which set a warm tone from the moment I walked in. The staff were super friendly too—always with a smile and eager to help with flavor recommendations. I tried a tropical smoothie and it was delicious—bright, fruity, and perfectly blended with a refreshing finish. The shop was clean, and service was quick without feeling rushed. Overall, an excellent experience all around. If you’re craving a tasty, fruit-forward smoothie and genuinely kind service, this place is a must. I’ll certainly be back for more flavors!

Marie & Mariah are great! Phenomenal every time. Smoothies are always consistent and taste great each visit. Never hassle and they’re very friendly and accommodating to the requests.

The food and smoothies are always inconsistent here. They also make me feel like I’m being a bother to them as a customer, they are unwelcoming and seem annoyed for me to be ordering food and a smoothie especially from the older lady (who I assume is management).

I never tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe until today. T-Mobile offered a free smoothie or bowl as the freebie Tuesday pick. I ordered the Paradise Point and it was really good. The restaurant was clean and there were a lot of tables.

Nice courteous employees and great atmosphere. I got the detox island green smoothie with the chipotle chicken flatbread sandwich. Very very very good!!! The smoothie taste so clean and fresh , and that sandwich was amazing too!! Good eating with very reasonable prices….can’t go wrong. Very very satisfied, I’m there getting my detox almost daily!!

I love the smoothies here! I’ve been a long time fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe… ever since I worked a gig in Gainesville, FL! Then they moved further North, to Virginia, when I was, working a gig there!!! I was so excited! I still have my original reusable cup, from the Gainesville store! And now they’re here, where I live! No more having to travel hours and hours to have one of my favorote Smoothies! My favorite is the Island Green+Avocado! It’s sooooo good! The staff at this location, here in Ephrata, is always friendly and attentive! They always have great music playing, and it’s a nice, relaxing place to chill with friends! The store is always clean. I have never seen trash laying on tables or the floor. I am so happy that this store is here, right here, in my hometown!
