22 mintues to get an ACAI bowl and I had to intervene to get it. Lots of drinks and food being made, they don’t release the food until 10 people are waiting and food is stacked up and made making batches of people wait. They had dropped my order essentially.

Ordered a chipotle chicken club with an orange and bahama mama smoothie. Smoothie didn’t have much flavor, never received an orange, and half my chicken was cold. There was only one other person ordering food so they weren’t overly busy – service was quick.

It’s a chain smoothie resturaunt but it’s not bad. The location inside the Strawberry Square is owned and managed by some good fellows that are very kind, I always have a pleasant experience with them. I usually order the same thing and that’s a Chia Banana Boost but substitute the peanut butter for the alternate option of strawberries. It’s delicious.

I order from this one and others thru GrubHub. This seems to be the only TSC where my smoothies comes tasting watered down. It doesn’t look watered down but taste like it. Idk if it’s that specific smoothie or the restaurant but like I said I do order from other TSC and their smoothies are always good. I only order from this one because it opens earlier than the others and I go towto around the time the others open up.

Got the island detox smoothie and Baja chicken salad. Salad was good until I saw all the brown romaine lettuce on the bottom. Not just brown on he edges, but decaying slimy lettuce. I tried to pick around it and then I showed the man behind the counter. I thought they should know that the person prepping the salads was putting decaying spoiled lettuce on the bottom. Instead he says something about him just getting a recall phone call or a recall on the lettuce. Hmm there has not been any recall for romaine in the past few days. There was about a month ago, but that would explain how spoiled the lettuce was! Either way his excuses didn’t make sense and why would only the spoiled slimy brown lettuce be on the bottom? Seems intentional to me. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning! Food was otherwise ok, although the rice in my salad was a weird texture but that’s probably personal preference. Smoothie was good, but not good enough for me to return to this location. Check your food before you eat.

I only got smoothies here. I love mango smoothies, so when mine was mostly mango tasting, I had no complaints. My partner is a but picky and he enjoyed his as well.
