Placed an order online 35 minutes before arriving. Saw 4 bags just sitting there behind the counter. The girl working on expo was just looking at them. The girl taking the orders and making the smoothies was clearly doing all the work. I waited another 20 minutes for my food just for her to realize it had been ready the entire time I was there. It wasn’t even warm anymore.

Unfortunately their service was consistently terrible and the owner/manager was extremely strange and very rude if we complained… as if we were just supposed to accept their terribly slow service and not say a word. Some of their smoothies are actually quite good but the peanut butter one was our very least favorite and we don’t recommend it. But the biggest reason we will avoid this location was the terrible customer service when we brought their slow service to their attention. We were told “they just couldn’t please us” – but they could if they’d learn to make their smoothies faster and more efficiently and not ignore customers sitting right outside the pickup window. lol We have since taken our money and our business elsewhere and magically they CAN please us there!! lol

Being the 2nd day open, I expected a long wait. Fast ordering and in getting our food and smoothies. Everything was delicious, actually better than another Tropical Smoothie I use to go to. Was even able to speak to owner about possibly getting my oldest granddaughter a job (helps she has experience from another location). Owner was super friendly. Best of luck here in Lebanon. I know I’ll be in often.

Smoothies are decent except that fact you have to wait 10 minutes to get it. Drive thru times are long, workers are slow and don’t know what they’re doing.

Been here 3 times now & the smoothies are amazing.. but every time i’ve been the only car in the drive thru and waited 15-20 minutes for one smoothie or 2 at the most! I feel like being the only car & being that im only getting a smoothie (not like anything needs to be cooked, food would be a different story) it should not be taking this long!!
