I’ve been here twice! First time on a dine to donate and I got the peanut butter cup smoothie. It was so good! Today I got the buffalo chicken wrap and the same smoothie literally mouth watering. 10/10 recommend!

We just ordered two smoothies and a flatbread. The first smoothie and the flatbread came out in a timely fashion, but they forgot about the other one! They had to ask us what we ordered. It seemed to be just two teenagers working looked understaffed, they were apologetic. Probably not returning to this location.

The girl at the window was very rude. She didn’t tell us our total, and then slammed the window. When we gave our card, she hit the card reader off our car and didn’t apologize. Very short and not friendly at all. We also asked for half sugar and got full sugar.

So fortunate this is my favorite location right in the area where I live. Young people as well as all employees are energetic and courteous and appear to enjoy their work and contribution to their community. Pictures of student/employees all over the store. An acknowledgement of their participation in the community and at the store. I’m sure it gives them a boost to do the best job possible while at work.
Unfortunately I learned that corporate officials decided for whatever reason to have the cheerful, rewarding, customer friendly decor taken down. I noticed immediately upon entering, the the vibe of the store was different. I am sure the message sent to the young people and paying customers was not positive. But what do I know, I’m just a customer.

I never usually have issues with this location. I love the food and its always ready quickly. today however, my online order did not have a straw and they put lettuce on my flatbread despite me not ordering that. no big deal, just disappointing. i hope that this doesn’t become a regular occurence.

I don’t know who I worked with but some little blonde girl had the worst attitude. I just wanted a smoothie and yes it was late but I was hungry and didn’t want a full meal, sue me. She was snippy and glaring at me and I still got the wrong thing. This was the worst experience of my life. I think her name was Kaylee or something. I am too embarrassed to go back in. I feel so mortified. I actually cried on my way home. I am not going back to that location
