Ordered online – got there to be informed that they were out of one of the ingredients for the smoothie I ordered (would’ve been nice to know that before ordering). Kid made a different smoothie which was ok. Left came back asking for salsa that was forgotten with the food order, only to be told they were out of that too (paid for extra salsa with no refund). Would’ve been nice to know these things ahead of time.

I tried to go through the drive-thru this afternoon and had the worst experience. When we arrived, there were 2 cars ahead of us. One of them drove off after a couple minutes so that should have been the first clue that something was up. I got to the speaker and ordered, then pulled to the window. The car ahead of us sat at the window for a good 15 minutes before they drove off. I sat for another 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me.
In all this time, at least 5 other cars drove up and left before getting to the window. I have been to this location before, and had never had such horrible service.

This was awful. Not a single person in the drive through before us but it took almost five minutes for one of the workers to even acknowledge us and ask what we wanted to order. Then, it was another ten minutes after that for them to prepare three orders whenever, once again, there was not another soul there. Whenever the finally answered the drive through window, the only thing the worker said was “34 dollars” and took our money. When we tried to speak to them, they didn’t even answer our “how is your day” question. Awful, awful, awful service. Zero stars. Do not go to this location. They are terrible. Worst customer service ever for the most over priced food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went through the drive through, gave my two item order , waited at the window for almost 20 minutes without anyone to greet me. Finally when I beeped my horn a young girl came to the window and asked if I had something that wasn’t mine. When I told her no and my order and how long I’ve waited she told me the person never put my order in. No one in line ahead of me and no one behind me. Nothing but incompetence.

I just don’t understand the menu. Im constantly ordering off the menu drinks and the staff is sweet and caters to that, the quality is fine, but if you have something you make, why not have in displayed on the menu. Much appreciated to the staff for always making off menu items

Brought in a coupon that I got in the mail. It was not accepted in the location that I went to. The gentleman at the counter explained, and still honored the request with a discount on my order. He went above and beyond, without having to do so.

Every single time we come to this location they are out of everything, from fruit to corn to even pesto for the flatbreads. Orders are always messed up and smoothies are prepared wrong. Management needs to keep inventory stocked because this is annoying. We don’t even want to come here anymore and this was our 3rd time. Got a refund for how low stocked and half the ingredients we got for our food and drinks. Please.
