Cafe seems nice, clean. I did a mobile order so I wasn’t in long to really look or talk to employees. My smoothie was correct and tasted great! My wrap I ordered with extra sauce, it was drenched in it. And I ordered a side of sweet potatoes and they were rotten and tasted poorly. I’m on the road for my job so I didn’t have time to return and ask for a replacement.

This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I always have a good experience buying food and smoothies from this specific location. Very positive vibes and my order is always on point. Wrap, salad, acai bowls, and smoothies are always delicious.

I got the detox island super smoothie. First of all its a great portion size and totally fair at a price avg of $5.30. Now the taste score..Off the charts!! My smoothie was greens based and had a great flavor. Inside was clean and they were taking proper precautions around Covid-19. Ill be back and I recommend it. And they’re on online delivery sites FYI.

My friend took me here to grab a quick bite and I was not disappointed. I had a strawberry banana smoothie which was huge, and a hummus wrap. My wrap was excellent. It melted in my mouth. The service was friendly and it was very clean.

Love tropical smoothie! I’ve ordered at this location many times and never had an issue with the younger staff that I can remember.
Unfortunately there’s an older woman who works the closing shift and she’s incredibly rude and passive aggressive. Just seen her essentially scream at a mother and child in front of me and then made a rude snickering comment towards me in front of staff and other customers because I couldn’t hear what she asked me while the blender was going.
Just an ew and uncomfortable experience. Imagine how she treats the young staff members she works with. Very rude woman. I won’t be going back to this location for a WHILE .

We love Tropical Smoothie and have eaten at locations across the country. We are soooo lucky with the Moon Townsip location. They have it dialed-in. Food is consistently great, super fast, clean. Staff is kind and friendly. Chicken Chipolte Flatbread with Kale slaw is our fav.

The staff went above and beyond for me to help make a safe drink for my son with allergies. They broke down exactly which ingredients he could have and which to avoid. They patiently waited as we decided and the smoothie was FANTASTIC. Seriously. I don’t think I’ve ever had a smoothie that good. I wish it wasn’t a 40 minute drive but you can bet I’ll go back every time I’m in that area.
