Loved this place, the food was S tier fresh. All vegetables and fruits here, with ingredients you can see. Hard to find a place like this in western NY as most smoothie places are in warmer areas. Always wanted a real Acia bowl not the ones frozen in the supermarket and it was really good. Ordered a variety of items besides a smoothie. Very good portions especially compared to fast food places these days. The smoothies are 10$ but they are quite large made with real ingredients and won’t make you sick, come in a variety of flavors and didn’t taste like water I can tell it’s not a ice smoothie enjoyed the Bahama Mama smoothie. I also really liked the hummus burrito was prepared nicely. The corn was a lot like elote corn, and you get a side included with some stuff on the menu. And the quesadilla was only 6$ and quite large at least 12 inches. I really liked the sauce that it came with. The bowls are also very heavy and filling. Overall spent 60$ was worth it, I got alot of food and would rather spend it here than on McDonald’s with no vitamins or nutrients. Bowls are also a good price in california a acia bowl like this would be at least 20$ these were like 10$.

Bowls are tiny and a fraction of the size of those at Playa Bowls for about the same price. There’s really not many options for bowls (including bases) which means needing to do more customization which means spending more money to add toppings to your bowl rather than take them away from another option or make one from scratch. Makes the bowl pretty pricey for what you get. Not that there’s many options you can add to bowls. It’s also weird the granola is apparently crushed bars and not loose granola.
The stuff here is okay but other chains do the same thing much, much better.

I didn’t taste any peanut butter paradise, straight whey protein. Just saying for a $10 smoothie it gets taste like what I ordered. Plus I couldn’t hear a word he was saying. Amherst blvd location

That location was unique today (September 20 2025). They gave me 70% full cup. When I complained, they added more water and blended it again. The drink taste was super bland and watery.

Food is good but service is terrible. Do not order online. There is no system for online pickups, leaving customers often waiting until they can flag down an employee who do not pay attention to online orders.

I placed an order today and got a payment confirmation. I got to the store and the employee was nasty and refused to give me the order until I paid for it again. So, I paid for a smoothie and bowl I never received. Avoid this location. The customer service is much better if you drive a couple miles up to the location on Transit.

Everything I like about Tropical Smoothie is here. This location is a little more difficult to access depending on traffic conditions and the parking is more difficult…at least when I was there. Also, FYI: THERE IS NO ACCESS FROM OLD FALLS BLVD, so if Google directs you that way, ignore it. The only direct access is from Niagara Falls Blvd.

We left with an incomplete order and had to go BACK IN. Then we realized there were 2 orders of sweet potatos missing. I also gotta say that I was astounded when the girl squirted something into my empty watercup then proceeded to fill it. I said, “what was THAT?”
She SAID, “Oh that’s something we add to the smoothies I put it in by mistake.”
I said, “I’m not able to have any of the smoothy products”.
Then she had to go ask the manager what to do.
Yes, it was a train wreck, expensive and irritating in every way.
I had a bashing headach all day. Happy to say I did not have a seizure. I was worried though . Waited OUTSIDE for our order.
