I gotta say one of the worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to. Yes the staff was nice but one of my two smoothies that took about 30 min to get, was half full had to hand it back over and wait another 10 min to get it filled maybe a quarter more, the other smoothie was 90% water had no fruit, I get it regularly and it’s normally thick and with a dark red/purple color , this time was light purple at best. So will definitely be thinking it twice before coming back…

The smoothies are great which is why I am giving the stars that I am giving, but I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for a smoothie, just for them to forget my order. I understand a slightly longer wait due to it being busy, but again, it should not have taken 45 minutes. maybe 15 minutes maximum. After they forgot my drink, they did make it right away though.

TLDR: This location has a lot of potential and hardworking staff but they lack the amount of staff they need to be successful and the management to do so. Minimal staffing will make this location fail and should be staffed like other locations (ref: Patchogue location).

You can tell some of these reviews are written by friends of the managers to save the star rating. The place is a total disaster. People who work there quit before they even start. The managers are extremely unprofessional, they release the schedules the day before or DAY OF, and even then, they change randomly throughout the week. Employees haven’t been getting their tips. Everyone was yelling at each other when I went in. It seemed like the employees just wanted to go home, the environment seems awful they’re treated like garbage. I know it’s a new establishment, but it should not be THAT much of a dumpster fire. The smoothie was good, but the food kinda sucked. It also took forever. People want to come here on their break because they work in the shopping center, but their entire break is wasted waiting for a smoothie.

This was the first time i have ever tried tropical smoothie and it was delicious!!! It didn’t take long, it wasn’t expensive, clean, and the service was perfect. Kelis made my smoothie which was a triple berry oat where the Splenda was subbed out for turbinado with added banana and peanut butter. I live in Brooklyn but the next time i visit im stopping by for a smoothie.
