#1 I usually go to the selden location the guy knows my voice and order today we tried the drive thru cool concept but what a nasty entitled young woman, my husband said thank you. She couldn’t even say you’re welcome back. All she said you could drive up. Do people have manners these days or places just hiring people because your desperate PS her shirt was also filthy which also made us not want to drink our shakes we through the shakea out the window because of how Disgusted we were the first sip was a mushy date And some hard piece which I showed a picture!!! Who ever the manager is the girl was working the drive thru at 430 in rocky point you should really reconsider your employees!! Also there was multiple hard pieces in this thing on the first sip!! You will definitely loose customers with her attitude! Totally disgusted

Wow that’s all I have to say about this place there is a girl with brown hair a hat and piercing in her nose that works there extremely rude went though the drive through told me to you need to wait screaming it no manors and proceeded to have us wait 10 minutes with no line. Then I go to the window some young kid that was a male with brown hair and a buzz cut forced the food hard into my hand and then slammed the window shut I don’t know who this place is hiring but the staff needs to be spoken to

When this location first opened it was great but the last few times I’ve ordered the tai chicken salad it’s had no chicken in it or wontons just cheap shredded ice burg lettuce and some carrots
I’ve even ordered this as a wrap and the wrap was mostly tortilla with barely any filling
The smoothie seems hard to mess up
But they need to stop hiring young kids who are rude and don’t wanna work because this location has gone down hill the last few months

Honestly it’s not that good… got it a few times and the smoothies were good but last 3-4 times I’ve gotten it the smoothies aren’t even blended fully i can barely drink it. Just chunks of banana and strawberries it’s so close i wanted to come here more but i just can’t it’s such a waste of money

I recently signed up for DoorDash and decided to place my first order with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered three drinks, but only two were delivered—the Detox Island Green was missing.
Based on how the drinks arrived, it’s clear this was a mistake on Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s part. The drinks were packed in a bag with a drink holder inside, and there was space for only two drinks, meaning the third was never included in the order.
I contacted the Dasher, who confirmed they delivered everything they were given. I also tried calling Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but they redirected me to DoorDash for help. I’m now waiting for a refund, which is the least that could be done.
As a first-time customer of both DoorDash and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I expected better. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and I’m hesitant to order from this location again.

At this location I am always handed an inconsistently flavored or textured smoothie with a bad attitude. Gio the assistant manager there has no people skills and is rude. You can tell this is a hedge fund created company by the horrible leadership.

I love the fact that this location has a drive thru! Wait times are a bit longer than your typical fast food, since everything is made to order with food and the smoothies. If you don’t mind waiting in your car, it’s not bad! I did feel like the smoothie was a bit more like a slush this time round, but I would go back. .

waited at the drive through for 20 minutes, one car ahead waiting at the window. the car left without being served and my car pulled up to the window and saw people eating inside. zero workers present. waited half an hour total. ridiculous. shame, i like the smoothies but will not be waiting half an hour at a drive through window with no employees. i’m very disappointed.

I really couldn’t say anything better then what is coming but here we go! All the times I have gone to the PJ Sta. Location I’ve had an amazing experience. I was expecting this out of this location and didn’t get that. I GOT BETTER! Great road access, SUPER SUPER SUPER friendly and helpful staff. The design is amazing and so is the food. The smoothies are all so great and they are willing to make accommodations to fit your needs! They have a large variety of food with great taste to suit all palettes! Parking is questionable but asides the fact, if I could give this place a 10/5 I would! Definitely recommend

Being an avid tropical smoothie goer, I’ve given this location a shot multiple times because it just opened near my house. I was super excited that I didn’t have to drive all the way to Port Jeff anymore for it. But unfortunately out of the six times I’ve gone to this location, I’ve had some sort of issue with the staffs incompetence. I understand it’s a new location and it just opened, but they need to find employees that know and value customer service. My biggest issue is this: Three times now I’ve walked in to pick up an online order I placed and sat around for at least 20 minutes before anybody greeted me or asked what I needed. They all just look extremely confused. All of those times my order hasn’t been in the pick up area so I could just walk in and grab it quick, they’ve had it behind the counter, how am I supposed to know my orders done if I can’t see it? So they let you stand around forever before anybody asks you what you’re therefore and then they say “oh it’s been done” like thank you so much for letting me stand around and waste my time. One of my favorite go-to’s for lunch, is more than inconvenience for me at this location since it’s caused me to run late for things by having to stand around, so I’m pretty disappointed about that. I will keep going to this location since all others are out of the way and just hope it gets better with time. But please either offer better training or hire staff that knows what they’re doing!
