I’m sorry I think this place should get a higher rating. I’ve had their açaí , And it beats all the others. It has the perfect color, the perfect texture, the perfect everything plus their eggs and their jerk chicken those flatbreads thingys are phenomenal.!!

Purchase the kids chicken and cheese dilla. I get home to notice they put no chicken at all. I call and was told a manager will call me back nothing. Just so they can’t say it didn’t happen here’s a photo of the receipt and dilla they didn’t put chicken in.

Bought 2 awesome chocolate smoothies and both my kids said they tasted funny and had to throw them out. We had purchased several of those smoothies in past with no problems. Hopefully next time will be better

Second time at this location in bayshore today and the customer service is great. I always order the chipotle chicken and the bahama mama smoothie and it is always made well. The cashier greets you with a smile. I dont know her name but she is very pleasant and welcoming ( wish i knew her name). I will be bacckkk!!

I ordered 3 sandwiches that were supposed to be hot. When I got them home , all the sandwich were cold, and none of the cheese was even melted. Like if they didn’t even microwave for 10 sec. I called and someone told me that the store manager would call you the next day and give me a refund for my 3 sandwiches. No phone calls were made, and no money was returned. The worst. I will never return there. If you get food, I would check it before you leave.

The server named Sadie told me i Can not get a refund when i called i do not drive i wanted delivery i put pickup by mistake and said i truly am sorry i hit the wrong button she said it’s not her problem i messed up and i Can not get a refund or delivery she than said i could pay again making my total 60 dollars than iñ a few days i would get 30 back i Can not believe somwone iñ service spoke to me this way she said in a nasty voice well that’s your problem not mine you should pay the 30 dollars for your mistake than said i could not talk to a manager or anyone els

I have to give this place a review simply because during the pandemic, they were one of the only places where I could actually get something healthy to nourish my body not to mention for instance, the great customer service has been provided by a Miss lady! Her kindness and exceptional service is always been greatly appreciated! Plus the fact that they’re open onto a day like today when we’re having very inclement weather. I highly suggest you stop in, their cleanliness as well as customer service is something you should definitely come check out for yourself.

i’ve seen iteams fall on the floor and seen the workers pick it up without washing it…..ridiculous i ordered a thai wrap and the lettuce was literally pink as well as the blueberry bliss tasted like grass. they sell expired molding food and drinks to their customers for what exactly? don’t waste your time and money here especially the manager with the squeaky laugh thinking everything a joke.
