employees seem confused & lazy. very slow moving, made the wrong drinks (i ordered about 30 minutes ahead of time), giggled about it because she thought it was funny & then took forever to make the right ones. another experience of mine was a woman asking if i wanted a tray when it was an order for pick up ?? my girlfriend also ordered a side of sweet potatoes that were given to her with half

This is my favorite tropical smoothie location. Unfortunately something always cause me to pick up my order really late. That’s never a problem because they always keep my smoothie cold and food item warm. I went to another location that just sets everything on a pick up shelf. I was so disappointed when I picked up that particular order. I stuck to the West Hempstead since then. It’s always clean there, the food is fresh and the staff is super friendly.

The staff are very nice also. The prices may be on the higher end but the taste and quality make up for it. Ordered a three cheese quesadilla for takeout and when I got home and opened up the box it’s literally a kids meal portion. I paid $16 for garbage. The quesadilla is smaller than the width of a napkin… The smoothies are good but don’t waste your money on buying the food unless you want to eat like a baby. See pictures
