I wasn’t expecting this place to be as nice as it was. Really good food and smoothies. My husband loved the caesar wrap. The Thai wrap was good too! The restaurant is decorated nicely and really does feel like a little reprieve. If I worked in that shopping center, this would be a regular lunch spot for me

Stopped by here today and have to say what a great addition to the neighborhood! We ordered the peanut paradise smoothie, chipotle chicken club flatbread, and peanut butter banana crunch flatbread and all were delicious! The size of the smoothie is generous as well. The staff were very polite. They also have order ahead for pick up on their app which is super convenient. Overall a great experience and for sure will be coming back!

I went to this location tonight to inquire about the menu and to grab a Togo menu for my Family. I stood at the register for a few mins before someone came to greet me. I walked in and made eye contact with both employees and one of them took their time to greet me and ask me if he could help me. It was a young boy, that looked like he was over the job, he didnt show any compassion or make me feel welcomed. This was a bad first Impression of the establishment. I literally looked at the menu and he just watched me and never not once asked to see what I was looking to order off the menu. I had to scan the menu to find the smoothies which he never made any attempt to suggest for me to try. I was pretty excited to check this place out, but ended up walking away with a bad taste in my mouth and not purchasing anything. Please work on the costumer service here if you want to maintain a consistent costumer base.

Really nice place and it’s great to have another different food option. On a hot mid-June day, a nice refreshing smoothie hit the spot! The mock-tails are great options and are on the lower calorie end compared to other popular items. There was a fairly long wait for a grilled cheese and 2 smoothies on a Sunday around 3:00pm. There were 5 staff members but only one person was working on the sandwiches. They were fulfilling a lot of online orders while also serving in-store customers. In any case, will definitely be returning to try their other smoothies and hot food options.

The Mohegan Lake NY Tropical Smoothie Cafe is excellent. Every one of the people that work there are courteous, friendly, helpful and genuine. They go out of their way to be personable to. Each customer. You don’t find that often in this day and age. Keep up the excellent attitude! And the food and smoothies are excellent.

This new location opened up near us recently and it’s amazing! This time we got the “Island Green” smoothie with avocado, collagen and a few other substitutes, and it was tasty! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a healthy and chilled boost on a hot summer day!

They are inconsistent with their sizes and cut of their wraps. Although my custom smoothie is always the same and delicious. They just need to be more consistent with their food products and portions.

This is probably one of the best Acai Bowel I’ve had but it is entirely too small especially for the price. Tasty but small which is why I gave it a 3. If it was a reasonable size I would have given it a 5.
