During my visit, I experience good customer service: employees are helpful and kind. I don’t know if asking about wanting any sugar addition is protocol though I’m glad about receiving the question. The Tropical Dragon Passion Smoothie does not need a sugar addition beyond any sugar it may already have, in my opinion. The smoothie is over a pound of refreshing flavor. The establishment offers indoor seating though is not a large establishment. The establishment accepts different forms of payment.

When I walked in, there was no greeting. I was the one to greet them. I said “how are you” and the girl said “good”. There was no “what can I get you” in all honesty, it was awkward. I found her to be extremely rude. When I went to pay the “no tip” button didn’t work , it only let me do 15%. I’ve worked in customer service for 7 years now and that interaction did not deserve a tip. After I paid she made my smoothie and put it down on the counter. No “have a nice day” no “goodbye. Literally NOTHING. i said “thank you” and she said “you’re welcome” that was it. TERRIBLE. customer service I found it to be extremely rude. I would not reccomend this place and I will not be back.

Used a free smoothie offer that required a $1 purchase, so I grabbed an apple. Ended up being charged $3 (and even twice on the receipt) while the cashier insisted that’s just how the system works. Took several minutes to apply the code and overall felt like she didn’t know what she was doing.

My daughter and I came here for an evening smoothie. While we were waiting for our order, I went to Google Maps and was horrified by the reviews I read. I was upset in advance and thought that I had chosen the wrong place to enjoy a smoothie with my daughter. But everything turned out completely differently. I will give 5 stars for the product (the smoothie was delicious) and five stars for the service: the employee who took our order and gave it to us was very polite and asked us to taste the drinks to give feedback whether we liked it or not. We had a positive impression of this cafe. I rarely leave reviews anywhere, but I decided to leave a review so that other people would not jump to conclusions, since the chain is large and not all have unscrupulous employees. We were here for the first time. I am talking only about the cafe at the address: 645 Nassau Park Blvd, Princeton, NJ 08540

I never heard back when I tried to contact the company about what appeared to be a broken part of a pen cap in my flatbread that chipped my tooth. I get accidents happen, but they make it difficult to contact them and they don’t respond, so that makes it hard to mark this down as anything except negligence.

They are open, there are people in there. They don’t greet you. Looked at me from the back of the kitchen. Not a word. Guess they don’t want to remain open. I left.

My review is based on service only. I do deliver as a driving contractor and I would recommend to ensure premium services because my customers are paying a premium price for it. When I asked the employee to tape up the drinks and tape up the straw, the owner says he’s wasting your time. This shows how much he cares about her customers.

Update: We’ve been frequent repeat customers for years, through the pandemic to now. But today I was shocked by the way I was treated.
They gave my online order to someone else and repeatedly told me it had been picked up already possibly by Door Dash
I explained several times that we had not picked it up and I was the only one with a car so no one else could have. Also we did not order through Door Dash. I even showed her a screenshot of the order. Exasperated, finally I asked if I was going to get my order to which the manager told me to calm down and made me feel like I was the one who had done something wrong. They did make the order for me but were rude and anything I said was met with “I have other customers”. Seems like you either gave the order to the wrong person or someone scammed you. But I was the loyal customer that you treated poorly.
I’m sorry to say we’re done here.

There smoothies are good and the sandwiches and wraps are tasty as well. A bit small but they come with chips.

Had a terrible run-in with the working manager at this establishment. Truly evil older woman who gives no respect to the customers trying to ask questions for clarification. When I visited for free smoothie day, witnessed a girl mention her smoothie was very watery to which the manager replied, “it’s free be grateful for what you get” and refused to give an extra cup of ice because the cups cost 50 cents. What a horrible way to run an establishment. I also had a watery smoothie but was in pure disarray after witnessing that interaction. Praying on the firing of that manager asap!

Let me save you the trip and the taste buds: this smoothie café is a tragic combination of overpriced mediocrity and a blender that clearly skipped its morning workout. The ‘fresh’ fruit tasted like it was rescued from the bargain bin at the back of a supermarket, and the ‘smooth’ texture was more reminiscent of a construction site than something you’d willingly ingest. If you enjoy paying a premium for disappointment served in a plastic cup, this place is your go-to. Otherwise, steer clear unless you’re in dire need of a lesson in low expectations. I would rather eat soggy socks dipped in Satans bodily secretions than come here again. The older woman, who I assume was the manager made me extremely uncomfortable. The best part of this experience was the young Asian girl who took my order.
