Ordered through the app and was given a 10-minute pickup time. I showed up about 20 minutes later and could see the staff inside just standing around talking. My order hadn’t even been started until I walked in and asked about it.
At that point, what’s the purpose of ordering ahead for pickup if the order doesn’t get made until the customer shows up? The food itself is fine, but the pickup process completely defeats the convenience and wastes time. Disappointing experience.

Smoothies are actually delicious and worth the money paid. The food we tried it today the quesadillas was delicious the bacon ranch Flatbread was ok the bacon was that cheap kind ….it wasn’t good.
But I tried a different smoothie and I love you can swap out some ingredients!
