Tropical smoothie cafe of Freehold, NJ will not serve minorities. Stood there for more than 5 minutes as a woman who worked there looked at me and my daughter then went to hide in the back. Then an older man who works there walked right past me and my daughter and started a conversation with a woman and her children as we waited by the register ready to order. A man, his wife, and children walked in and stood at the other register and the older man immediately went to attend to him totally ignoring me and my daughter who were at the register way before this family walked in. Needless to say Puerto Ricans are NOT welcome. And we walked out without even an acknowledgement of our presence. Never again.

Went in for two smoothies & a wrap to go on July 4th. Beautiful & clean interior but the workers are who caught my attention. It was apparent it was a family run establishment & each and everyone of them went out of their way to help my husband and I. Took order, other employee asked if we had been helped.. another brought us our order instead of handing it over the counter. It felt like old times where a business actually cared about their clients versus the paycheck. Will 100% return!!
