I had the absolute worst experience EVER with Tropical Smoothie today. Mind you, I’m there several times a week, it’s my favorite food to get on the go. Today i’m home sick, I figured I’d treat myself to some of my favorite food and decide to order delivery through the app. First mistake. I got my favorite smoothie and a quesadilla. They send a third party doordash driver to drop off the food. Only the quesadilla comes. I’m upset. So I text the driver. Apparently, they never gave him my smoothie. So I call the store (which, by the way, is the ONLY way to get order problems resolved, i would’ve been much better off just spending the extra $4 on doordash). Apparently it was the drivers fault. So who’s lying??? They didn’t even offer to help me with getting a new order or a refund. So i call them back. The girl on the phone is like “oh yeah i can definitely help you out, let me take your number and grab my manager!” Hangs up. Not even joking. So now i’m extremely upset. Finally, I suck it up and order ANOTHER SMOOTHIE (on doordash this time) FOR 20 DOLLARS. THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME A STRAW. Finally sit down an HOUR AND A HALF LATER to eat my (now cold) quesadilla. And you won’t believe. They didn’t even include the SAUCE. I try so hard to have grace with food service workers, but this is next level pathetic, scammy, and negligent. Me and tropical smoothie will be taking a break for the time being. And they better refund this entire thing. I just wanted dinner while i’m sick. I’d be happy to revise this review once this all gets resolved, I truly do order food from here a lot.

We decide to get lunch this time at our visit on Cape Cod and were so disappointed we decided to do so. I ordered the Avocado Grilled cheese on Sourdough bread. comes with tomato, avocado, various cheeses and attached is a photo of what it looked like when I opened my take out package…
It is completely smushed, the bread feels stale, there’s no tomato inside and the avocado doesn’t even look like real avocado.
Not sure if this is how they usually come or if this was a mistake but we called 4-5 times to ask for a refund and the phone was never answered only left to ring.
Would have gone back in had we not left to head back home!

I ordered a veggie hummus wrap and the blueberry bliss smoothie for delivery. When my food arrived the man had forgotten my smoothie. My wrap, ends being the Buffalo chicken wrap. I don’t eat meat, I am vegetarian. The food will make me sick. I called the restaurant to say a mistake was made. I had to call 4 times until someone answered and then hung up, then I called back immediately. I explained my situation. The worker was short with me but did apologize and then blamed the doordash person for forgetting the smoothie which honestly I do not care about. I care that they gave me the incorrect order. I was told they would correct the situation and deliver the correct food. That was 2 hours ago and no one has contacted me. I am working and couldn’t physically go in, to correct it.

Just visited, it’s my first time and I already love this place. This will be my regular place from now on. The food is fresh and delicious, the staff were very nice and friendly. I started to diet so it’s nice that the menu has the amount of calories for each food, and drinks. I recommend this place for anyone trying to eat healthier and fresh.

All right so I typically order a drink from here every morning and it’s been great. However this morning I decide to order the Acai bowl and it looks extremely delicious however truth be told it is literally 100% frozen like you can’t even stick a spoon in it. Extremely disappointing…

The cafe was generally dirty and not well kept. My acai bowl came with Nutella which I did not order. However, overall it was fine. My partner ordered a sunrise sunset smoothie and it was extremely sour and turned his stomach. Staff were not the best. When I asked questions about ingredients, they just walked away and let the manager take over without telling me what was happening. The manager was helpful when we wanted a refund for the smoothie.

Commonly stop here for a smoothie while I’m doing laundry in the area. The workers are always very friendly, it’s a bright cherry business and I just love their refreshing smoothies—not too sweet with lots of natural options. I love the Green Detox one because it includes low sugar, ginger, and is delectably green! Highly recommend for a try or repeat visit!

One of the worst açaí bowls I’ve ever had. Fruit was old, mushy and had a weird taste from being stored too long. Granola was soft and looked like a crunched up natures valley bar that was left in the fridge and the acai was frozen. Very disappointing.
