For what it was, Tropical Smoothie Cafe was a bit of a gamble. I was looking for a place that I could get something a bit healthy, and with gluten-free options. As these conditions make me a very easy-going and low effort customer, I decided to stop here for the first time.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe, as a smoothie place, also serves salads and sandwiches! The menu provided labels for things that are vegetarian and grain-free. Ordering a Caesar Salad without croutons was easy, and accurate. It was a delicious satiation for hunger, and felt light enough, too! (Yeah, it’s always the dressing and cheese that add the most calories, but let me have my flavors on top of a DELICIOUS bed of lettuce leaves.)
It being the summer, you will find a nice, chilled beverage at this Cafe. There are a lot of different options. Parking was available and so is a drive-through.
The name Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a bit misleading, because they offer a bunch of other food options, too. If you’re a curious type, I recommend checking it out!

Went four times now. Every smoothie has been absolutely perfect. There is a little wait but they’re made to order so I complaints. Right now I recommend the Bahama Mama and PB Cup Smoothies

Ordered through UberEats an açaí bowl and ended up choking. Every blueberry in the bowl had stems on them, took a bite and have few in my mouth and didn’t realize and choked. So not only did I pay a ton to get a delivery from Uber cause I was craving a bowl, but I have to individually take them stem off each blueberry. So I called the location and was treated poorly with my feedback. Was told “I know there are stems on them because our vendors are always different and the bowl are pre made. We don’t go through the blueberry’s”. Wasn’t offered compensation nor an apology, was actually hung up on. They will never be getting my business at

Worse drivethru experience ever! You’ll be stuck waiting 30+ minutes with no way to escape once you’re in line. The staff moves painfully slow, and there’s no reason this location should even have a drive-thru. Easily one of the worst Tropical Smoothie Cafés I’ve ever been to total waste of time.

Longest black hair in the middle of my burrito. There’s nothing like paying for food that you don’t even eat. The location near my house wears gloves & hairnets with masks. This location didn’t wear anything. I’ll never come back to this location. Spent my lunch throwing up

Your young manager is rude, she cannot handle the smallest of conflicts. The customer is not right here. She eventually settled down but the flare up just because there was an overwhelming amount of things going on, is not my problem & she needs to work on that. Interesting she hasn’t even though she’s placed in a manager position. Everyone seems to hate their lives here.

Friendly and attentive staff. I got the Bahama Mama smoothie and PEANUT BUTTER CUP. I highly suggest the Bahama Mama. For food I purchased the CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN wrap and sweet potatoes. The wrap was delicious I would recommend it for those jerk chicken lovers.
