My daughter went into the Amesbury store with me to get an acai bowl, and 2 of the young school girls working sat there and talked trash and making comments about my daughter. Must’ve been jealous because sorry my daughter is beautiful!!!They should really learn to keep their mouth shut with paying customers!!! Will not ever recommend this certain store to anyone!!!!!

This TSC is the worst!!! They cannot get an order correct! An $11 smoothie with a 25% tip & all incorrect, they could care less in Amesbury. Multiple incorrect orders there. The Saugus store is perfect every single time!

I would come here every morning and spend on average $22 . The last 3 times I went, my order was wrong. One day, I waited 15 minutes for my order. 3 people who came after me got their order before me. Today, again I got the wrong thing. Today was the last time. When someone spends roughly $350 a month at your store, you should make sure you do your job correctly. I would not recommend this location.

I would like to mention that the manager, Christina, went out of her way to apologize and make things right. She took time out of her day to contact me and apologize for the poor service. I give her credit( and so should the owners of the business) for going above and beyond to make things right. It’s not often that you find people this dedicated. Thank you, Christina.

All I ordered was one smoothie that should have been called clumpy because there was nothing smooth about it. If you can’t make it right, how about try again. I would much rather appreciated him saying he didn’t know why this wasn’t working. Let’s start again. Instead he poured a few clumps of whatever this is and added a little water and put it in a cup.
