Amazing food, amazing people who work there. I work the overnights at the hospital and it’s always good to come here, eat and decompress. The staff always have a smile on their face and don’t treat you as just another order, but as a human being. Great job and keep up the good work!

UPDATE: I had to come back to say that I was a repeat customer at this location twice more over the past weekend. The basketball team I was traveling with couldn’t get enough of the food and smoothies and the customer service here was consistently top-notch! Thanks again for everything!

Today I placed a VERY large order for delivery and they definitely surpassed my expectations! There were over 40 items in my order and everything came out great. Of course, with an order of this size, there was bound to be a hiccup (we used up their whole supply of lettuce for the day and one wrap had cheese on it by mistake), but the owner contacted me personally and made sure they could accommodate us. He even had the one item remade and personally made sure we got it!! Highly recommend this place for their outstanding customer service!!

I’ve been to this place a couple of times and i was even in line when they first ordered for the free smoothie for a year. Everything i come in and get a smoothie it’s never fully blending and i have to always ask it to be remade.
Then i tried to get food today and my quesadilla was barely toasted and the sauce was 1/3 filled?!?!? Payed about 7 dollars for food i dont want to eat anymore. Please do better so the busy can be processed.

Tried their açaí bowl. It was good but the portion size and presentation was disappointing compared to what I usually get at other places for the same price and this is how I received my bowl . Almost looks like they put it in a used bowl. I did take a couple bites before taking this picture

Came here for the first time after a long day, and had a great experience! I didn’t have to wait too long, the smoothie I ordered had great consistency with great flavor. The buffalo chicken wrap was pretty good as well, I personally love ranch so I ordered extra (recommend if you’re a ranch lover). Staff were kind and working efficiently even with a nice busy rush! Definitely will be coming back!

I had a fantastic experience today with a delicious Kiwi Quencher and Chipotle Chicken Flatbread. Vraj, was incredible and curated my order perfectly based on a short conversation about my flavor preferences. He has a great ability to pick up on what a customer will enjoy, making the meal feel truly personalized. The service was splendid, and Vraj’s attention to detail made all the difference. When they first opened, smoothies were perfectly mixed delicious and quick. As time has gone on my smoothie had been soupy, missing ingredients or ingredient dominant so that all I taste is that one thing. Had to stop getting smoothies from this location because the last 3 times my smoothie was sad 🙁 very tragic. We need a good smoothie place in the area. We are so limited.

I’ve been coming to Tropical Cafe for over a year, and it’s consistently been a great spot for protein shakes. The quality is always on point, the flavors are good, and it’s perfect whether you’re post-workout or just want something healthy. Never had a bad experience definitely recommend.
