What a great place for some real favorites! If you like tropical style foods like we do this is the place! My wife had the chicken Cuban bowl and I had the Cuban pork bowl. Both were absolutely delicious. Portions large enough that we had a light dinner with our lunch leftovers. They also make some terrific sauces to accompany the treasure of food. We’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t ate here in a while, so I decided to pick up something for dinner. I ordered the carna asada bowl and the stars sandwich . I asked for a lemonade but the young lady said their lemonade machine was not working so I got a fruit punch. I got to the window and paid . While I’m waiting on my food, another employee, male, walks up and gets some lemonade from a machine right behind her, even though I was told I couldn’t get because it wasn’t working? I will no be returning to this business and I don’t recommend anyone go here. The steak sandwich was good and the bowl was too, but the steak had a lot of chewy parts ,like the fat wasn’t trimmed off of it.

Food is so good here. My favorite lunch spot during the week for something healthy that they prepare fast. Veggies are usually very fresh and it’s always cooked perfectly for my tastes.
Much less expensive than I was expecting for how much real food you get. The workers are all awesome as well.

I enjoy eating at Tropical Grille, the food is served hot and fresh (typically). And even though I only use the drive-thru, I always leave a generous tip. However, within the last few months, whenever I order food in the evening 1-2 hours prior to closing I have received extremely overcooked / hard chicken. It has become so bad that I’ve intentionally stopped eating at this particular location (Woodruff Road) after 6:00 pm.
While the food is good, their food preparation practices towards the end of the night need to be changed / re-evaluated by the manager(s) / owners. I’m all for having a minimal amount of food waste but not at the expense of a customer’s order and serving overcooked food instead of fresh preparation.

I’ve been to many different locations for this franchise, but the one here on Woodruff Rd. beats them all. My favorites are the Cuban pork bowl, the chicken and veggie bowl, and their fries are incredible! Seriously, try them with some of the jalapeno sauce, and you’ll be hooked. I’ve known Kristen, the manager, for a good long while, and always enjoy interacting with her. The star of the show the day I went last weekend was definitely Quenzel. He’s a very friendly and inviting dude with a large personality who spoke to everyone as though they were a regular, and made me laugh on multiple occasions. We ended up chatting after I finished eating as well, and I’ll be back to enjoy the food and interactions! Highly recommend!

Tropical grille is always delicious but the real reason for this review is the outstanding service. My family and I were greeted right away and treated like a part of the TG family.
The establishment was very clean. I was thrilled to sit down and enjoy our meal while listening to praise and worship music before we get groceries. Needless to say the food was amazing and we will be back.
Special shout out to Vee on the grill, Quinzelle and Shannon for taking great care of us and blessing our Saturday. Ten stars all the way!

LOVE tropical grille, however the service is NOT acceptable. The girl giving out orders at the window while eating food is disgusting and unhygienic. Never once saw her wash her hands while serving 3 cars their food while eating.
