Food was really great, not sure why we don’t go here more often! Prices are competitive with anyone else and definitely better quality. Cheese fries were huge and burgers were delicious!! No place to eat inside but would be ideal to pickup then take for a picnic at twin lakes!

I was about to make my third trip out here from the south hills of Pittsburgh because I woke up craving their amazing bungalow burger before I realized I should probably leave a review. This place is my favorite drive thru of ALL TIME. It’s always seasoned well which is hard to find, it’s fast, the food is fresh, and I love that they always have new items to try. I drive an hour to get food from here and it’s worth it. Love everything at this place.

This place is great. Not only is the food excellent but a great value. Service is awesome too. I got a meal. The Diet Coke had a satisfying crisp with nugget ice. The fries are fresh cut, perfectly fried, and perfectly salted. The burger is perfectly prepared with what tastes to be perfectly seasoned quality beef with a delightfully tangy pickle. I’d come every day if not for my waistband.

Today was our first time there and we will definitely be back! The service was spot on. There was a new girl working and she had a helper showing her the ropes. She wasn’t quite sure how to use our coupons and kept apologizing, telling us that she was new. She was super sweet and got everything right! The wait time to get our food was also very fast! I got the single cheeseburger and my husband got the triple and they were both delicious! And ooooh ooooh oooooooh the fries were soooooo good!!!! The regular size was perfect for us to share. I forgot to order them “well done” but I didn’t have to, because they came out nice and golden and crispy. Just the way I like them! I also got the Avalanche cone and it was very good too. The only thing that I would recommend is either, chopping up the chocolate chips, or using mini because by the time you got them chewed, the ice cream was melting. But no worries, I survived and just ate faster!!! I’m not sure what was up with the tall tables and no chairs. I think they would benefit if they had high stools for the tables or lowered them and had regular seating. People like to sit and eat, even if it’s for a short time. We ate in the car, which was fine with me, because it was really hot out. Keep up the good work guys!!

My husband and I love this place, love the food, the portions are almost too big and all of the workers are so friendly. They genuinely appreciate you as a customer. The milkshakes are the best. Would give 10 stars if I could !

Burgers were okay, definitely didn’t like their signature sauce. Cheese fries were not good. Way too many fries for one person; even the small regular type. Smoothie was good. For the price (over 50 bucks for 3 burgers, fries and drinks), I expected better taste. Employees friendly and fast.

was the doordash order. I expected Burger to be like on point it wasn’t. Live and learn. Burger had so much ketchup and mustard on it. which I didn’t even know mustard came on it . I’m pretty sure it said onion lettuce tomato. Been wanting to try it finally did now I know . Overpriced McDonald’s

If you want a really good burger, this is the place to go. Their french fries. Taste exactly like boardwalk fries with cheese, the best ones around. And they serve everything with a friendly smile. I used to frequent the original place when it was in the mall, and this one is just as good if not better!

Just tried for the first time. My wife and our daughter got a single cheeseburger with cheese fries, then we each got a custard cup. Burgers were good, nothing fancy but very tasty. Cheese fries were delicious. But without a doubt, the desserts were outstanding. 3 different flavors of custard and 3 sets of toppings. The custard itself was very delicious, but what makes Tropical Bungalow’s desserts better is that they do not skimp on toppings. Our personal favorites after the very first try.
