Anyone who gave this place 5 stars I know you lying or you’re friends or family with the ppl because babyyyy this food was the 2nd worst from Indiana I have tasted and that’s why it got 2 stars instead of one. The food had to been a few days old. When the young girl which she was nice was putting the food on the tray I had to tell her I got a dinner not kids meal or lunch. First of all everyyyyy side looked either dried out, under cooked or days old. She should’ve stirred each dish to keep it from looking or being dried out. The Curry chicken I will say was ok but I can tell they took my food in the back to warm it up in the microwave making it more dryer. The Mac and cheese wasn’t Mac and cheesing at all very dry & NO flavor and the sting beans was dry and looked old. I thought let me not really judge until I taste the food. I was better off going to the hospital asking for their food. I won’t be back but I hope they definitely kick things up a notch and fix everything to taste and look better and give ppl a lil bit more potion.

Ordered a half dark and half white. Red beans and rice with gravy, mac and cheese, green beans. The chicken was tender, fall of the bone. Sides were decent and had a good taste. The older couple know how to run a business. The young lady working was too loud; talking about her business and not liking another employee. “Seems like a great business and that doesn’t need to be discussed in front of the customers.”

The worst jerk chicken I have ever had in my whole life!!!!!!! I have been to Jamaica and of course have experienced the best food of my life while there fresh and fire roasted as chicken should be that is jerked. This however has been the complete opposite. The chicken taste like it was boiled and not even fire roasted bland you cannot even eat it when you’re starving. I have no idea why this place has five stars it is horrible the people in Indiana must not know what good jerk chicken is. If you would like to experience the best jerk chicken you will need to go into the city of Chicago. I will never ever ever ever order from this place ever ever again I will keep going to the place on 82nd and cottage Grove and I’d rather drive an hour to go get some good food. I hope whoever is reading this review that cook the food we know that you use box macaroni and canned greens canned corn I don’t even want to explain the red beans and rice they weren’t even zatarain’s at least just get some zataran’s. Nasty nasty nasty. My husband hates it too he is so sad. I can’t believe I wasted $50 65 minutes waiting on this food absolutely horrible Uber take them off of your platform this is terrible we need people to tell the truth it was terrible.

For the second time within a month, I’ve ordered a brown stew lunch meal. Instead of communicating with me, telling me that the meal isn’t offered, they send my delivery driver without my meal. Take the meal off the menu if it’s not available, or kindly communicate to substitute the meal. The meal was refunded expeditiously, but communication needs to improve immensely.

So I got the whole chicken dinner that came with Mac and greens. The chicken was so dry and old that I couldn’t even eat it. The greens didn’t taste authentic and the Mac and cheese was bland. My beef patty tasted very old. It was my first and last time going here. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the third time (consequetively) I ordered 2 jerk chicken dinners and only received one. Luckily I ordered it through Uber so I can get the credit back but you’ll need to pay better attention. You will lose a customer if this happens again.

7/1/2024 (Monday) First visit. Placed online order around 5:30pm for pick up at 6:30pm and was called while en route at 6 15pm, which was impressive and thoughtful. The worst. I placed an order for a curry chicken dinner and a wing dinner and I asked the price for a jerk alfredo and after she repeated my order she mentioned the jerk alfredo and I stated again no to the jerk alfredo just pricing it, why when my husband arrived to pick up order they have jerk alfredo and curry chicken dinner but no wing dinner; so now I have to wait 15-20 more minutes for the wing dinner. When my husband arrived home with the food can you believe I have 6 wings only without the red/beans or my sides. Now mind you I placed the order at 4:25 and I have to go back to speak with a manager and get my sides, there’s no manager and the 2 young girls don’t know what to do. I will NEVER go back and jerk wings were HARD and dried out. They didn’t offer me anything for the trouble they. sent me through. Just horrible service
