Do yourself a favor and try the birria tacos or even the birria quesadilla, it’s amazing!
They also sell natural juices that are pretty big. The only thing is they had a lot of sugar in them.
Also, the owner is always aware of what you need or if everything is alright. You can take out, or dine in.

We decided to check this place out because a friend of a friend recommended it, and I was in the mood for breakfast! It’s a unique spot—formerly a gas station, now a restaurant—located next to an auto shop. The customer service was excellent, and the space inside was nice and roomy.
I had the sausage, egg, potato, and cheese burrito, and I also got to try my friend’s mango papaya drink. Everything was fresh and flavorful! This will definitely be my go-to breakfast spot whenever I’m in the area. Can’t wait to come back and try the lunch menu!
Oh, and they have ice cream, and fruit drinks inside as well.

Trompitoz Taqueria has some of the best birria dishes I’ve tried in the area. The birria tacos are incredibly flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, you can tell they put real care into the recipe. And the birria egg rolls? Such a fun surprise! Crispy on the outside, packed with rich birria inside, and seriously addictive.
Great food, great service, and definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

Foods great, my first time having birria tacos. Man they load up the street tacos here with so much meat. I got the birria, barbacoa, pastor, tinga
My favorite was pastor fs, highly recommend. Barbocoa was my least fav out of those here
They do offer a couple drinks that aren’t displayed on menu, horchata, my favorite.
The inside is very spacious and is clean, plenty of seating.

Gotta try their iconic Torta (El Chavo) … just like the icon- it’s amazing!
Not to mentioned, their green salsa is spicy!!!
Their orchata is by far the best one and considering I’m Hispanic- so I know a thing or two about horchata.

I have been in Dallas since 2019 and FINALLY I have found some delicious tacos, the steak OMG the Birria OMG the rice was ok and so was the elotes. I live in McKinney right across from prosper so it’s a bit of a drive but worth been twice already!

Finally, we have an authentic taco place in Princeton! I’m a flight attendant, I travel all over the world. I know good food. This place is the best for tacos in this area. It’s better than most places I have gone in Collin county as well. It’s a little tough to get to if your leaving Princeton. You will need to just simply drive past the location and do the U-turn. Do yourself a favor next time you’re craving tacos and give this place a try. I forgot to mention they also have ice cream and other sweet snacks as well.
