I have been coming here for brunch for the last 3-4 years. The service here is stellar, and the staff always makes me feel welcome. On top of that, I have never seen cleaner bathrooms in my life. All of the options are fairly priced, and there are several vegetarian dishes as well. After trying everything on the menu, I can confidently say my favorite is the parmesan brioche toast. All the flavors meld together perfectly for in-your-mouth explosion of taste. Every plate is made with the freshest produce, and comes out fresh and ready to enjoy. If you are feeling extra hungry, I recommend ordering the pancakes to go with your meal. They are incredibly light and fluffy, and come with the perfect amount of fresh berries and cream. Personally, I love that there is no wait list, as it makes the whole experience more rewarding.

Went for dinner for the first time and it was excellent!! The tartine had so much salmon on it it could’ve been an entree. The avocado toast was similar to the tartine so very good but I wouldn’t get both in one meal. The fries with the chicken sandwich were excellent as well. They use Thai basil in their pesto which gives it a unique spin. Will definitely be going back

Absolutely fantastic breakfast! The pancakes, poached eggs, and breakfast burrito were all exceptional. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Service was extremely fast, and I have a severe nut allergy, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and careful. Cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful cafe! I have visited France and it does a great job making you feel like you are at a quaint Parisian little cafe. The employees were attentive. We were a rather large group. I will come back on my own.
I had to take one star from the food as there were no accommodations made. It was written in their menu. I respect that, but as someone who visited with someone with a gluten/dairy allergy accommodations would have been welcomed.

Cozy and nice restaurant. The food was really good. This is a great spot in the salt lake area for a brunch. As a side note the restaurant needs more aesthetic work, service was awesome and the outside tables are nice to sit down and have a nice chat.

Tucked on the corner of 700 East and 600 So is a charming little cottage that you’ve probably driving by a thousand times. This adobe cafe is truly a hidden gem!! Serving an upscale Sunday Brunch, complete with Mimosas, Macchiatos and Mexican Coke, this adorable cafe offers a variety of delicious dishes as well as the option to sit either inside or out. We went in on a late Sunday afternoon and sat inside. The decor and ambiance of, what appears to be an old home converted into a cafe, creates that “at home” feeling with the upscale vibe you’d expect from a cafe in this area. We shared their Eggs Benedict and Croque Madam. Both dishes were beautifully plated and bursting with flavor!!! I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came and it $33.93 for both dishes. We did only drank water, but walking out of an upscale Sunday Bruch under $50 (including tip) put a smile on my face I definitely recommend giving this place a try.***Side note, plenty of parking in back and some on 700 East**

I have worked my way through the whole menu and everything was delicious. The brioche Benedict and the breakfast burrito are outstanding. A simple choice of an omelette is a cut above elsewhere. Lunch items are also good with perfect French fries. Finally all the staff are delightful and helpful. Trolley Cottage Cafe is now our regular breakfast/brunch restaurant. Please visit, you won’t be disappointed

One of the best pancakes I have had. And fries as well. The pancakes are at the same level as penny anns. But the mascarpone on top adds to it.

Intimate, fun little spot for brunch! I loved how you could tell it was family-run. The decor on the inside is really cute and I really liked the small, limited menu—it was a good little change of pace as we’ve been trying new brunch spots around the city. Also, the food came out in probably 5 minutes, no joke. That was also on a Sunday morning for brunch, which was particularly impressive.
