I grew up eating tons of Mexican food much closer to the border than New York, and this is probably the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. 15/10 would recommend.

I have Ordered for delivery and pickup. The service is great and the food is delicious! We have had many items- chilaquiles, tortas, tacos, cemitas, nachos, quesabirria tacos, sopes, they all hit! The sopes are handmade tortillas and topped generously. The chorizo tacos and quesabirria tacos are so yummy- the chorizo is soft and tasty. The nachos are good too- crispy and a large portion with one of the yummiest guacamoles I’ve had- if you like it on the limey side like me, just make sure to order the salsas on the side because nachos don’t include salsa on the side. When ordering for delivery, it has arrived quickly, warm, and great presentation. It was delicious! Had the chilaquiles (does not include eggs, note to self- ask for eggs next time). Also got a burrito and it was delicious. They included a side of salsa roja and salsa verde (red being spicier of course) and it was yummy. Will definitely be ordering again, as both items were a great portion and filling. The seating only has space for three people, so I suggest takeout.

We stopped here for food after a bike ride up the west side highway bike path. They set up a table outside for us – there is very little room inside. The food was excellent – I ordered the vegetarian burrito with both mushrooms and squash flower. My friends had burritos also, al pastor and beef. Despite the counter service, the burritos were presented nicely on plates. Definitely recommend this gem!

I am happy to have stumbled upon this new spot. The food was so delicious I had to come back the same day for a late night snack and the next day for lunch. The tacos Dorados were prepared perfectly and beautifully plated. The tacos had greatNogales! I love Huitlacoche and was surprised to see it on the menu. It made a great late night snack, and it’s a vegetarian option. I am glad some good authentic Mexican food has popped up in the area. The ingredients are fresh, and everything i have had so far has been delicious. I look forward to working my way through the menu and lunch specials. They even had some glass bottles of Mexican sodas and juices. The employees there were really friendly. I highly recommend this place!
