We had lunch here last Sunday, and my daughter thought the burger was so good we had to come back this Sunday, too. The food here is excellent (as good as grandma would have made) and the folks here are really nice. Typical small town bar ambience, but as small towns go, you won’t find better than St. Stephen.

Was excited to try this place out, however, super disappointed. Came by for a quick meal after sports with the kids and it was buffet only that had already ended, so the food had been out for a while and still charged over $100 for a small family of 2 adults and young 2 kids. I felt sick to my stomach after seeing the extremely high bill and regret even staying to eat. It was so overpriced and disheartening for what it was. We definitely won’t be able to come back because of the pricing.

Last year for the the chicken feed I should have reported you guys for serving chicken that had clearly been cook and sat for hours. Your chicken was colder than the potato salad. You should not have a food license. We now go across the street and spend money at Howie’s.

Went here after my daughter’s tee ball game with my family. We were a large group and the bartender/ server was great! He was by himself and there were issues with the tap, but he was fast, fun, and nice. Food was OK. We were in an area that the kids could be themselves and not bug the regulars. Will be back soon!

We had the Lenten buffet and it was absolutely delicious. All the food was cooked to perfection. I honestly felt like the price, $24.00, was well worth it. We had unlimited fried and baked Pollock, Salmon, butterfly shrimp, Scallops, grilled shrimp skewers, shrimp Alfredo, and some amazing garlic mashed potatoes. There is a salad bar and other things with the buffet but those were the things I had and they were perfect. The buffet was kept stocked full of the delicious food. Our waitress was awesome, super nice and kept us well hydrated. I noticed that all the waitress seemed to be very keenly aware of the customers and I don’t think anybody had to wait for anything. I highly recommend trying this particular buffet…it is available on Fridays during Lent every year.
