We had a fantastic evening at Trivs! Highly recommend making a reservation as it gets busy for good reason. The creative cocktails were fun and delicious, and we started with the calamari, which had a unique twist with a vinegar-based sauce that really stood out. For dinner, we had the basil crusted walleye and the veal parmesan which were both excellent. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was great. Definitely looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu!

Wow! This place was really superb. Our server Peyton was very delightful. She has a wonderful sense of humor and made great suggestions. The pepper soup was possible the best I have ever had. The pork chop was crazy good, the sun dried tomatoes on top really gave it a cool flavor kick. The star of the show were the gratin potatoes. Stacked up as a culinary masterpiece. The entire experience, highly recommend!

Triv’s in Strongsville is definitely one of my favorite places! I’ve gone there a few times for special occasions, and each experience has been outstanding. The food is amazing, the service is caring and friendly, and the vibe makes every celebration feel extra special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Nice place with good food I have tried it several time and will be back in the future but for some reason I haven’t had much luck with great food or service. I haven’t reviewed them before thinking it was a one off experience but forgetting parts of the order and exceptionally
long waits for the foods seemed to be the norm. It is a nice atmosphere but the food has been “middle of the road” they are usually very busy so maybe it’s just me. I will update in the future if I find a different experience.

Family memories and incredible service.
We came to Trivs for my grandmother’s birthday party which they were incredibly accommodating getting us in last minute party of 18 people on a Friday night. We started with shrimp cocktails for appetizers. My husband had the lobster ravioli and I had the mahi mahi special. My kids split a chicken and pasta dish. I have been here before and always go with the fish since it’s fresh and cooked to perfection. The food was delicious! The servers were top notch! The servers were friendly and so attentive. They treated us like we were family! We are so thankful so the service and hospitality! We will cherish the memories for a lifetime. Cheers to Trivs!

Second visit due to entertainment and friend’s birthday. Food and drinks were EXCELLENT!! Sandly, the host and wait staff lacked any type of class. We had 4 different people come to the table and not in a timely fashion. My drink was slammed on the table in front of me without a word. A very young man bringing to-go boxes spilled a whole glass of water and my friend was drenched. He tried to wipe the table but the water went where he couldn’t reach in the first place. The table was up against the stage so nobody could get around. In fact, my friend almost got hit by the performer’s guitar also. It was so dark and the piped “dinner” music prior was very loud. If we want a great steak dinner we will have to order out at Trivs. So disappointing.

Tried Trivs on a whim one night with another couple, The atmosphere was very intimate and dark. The service was really fantastic, our waiter was excellent. The drinks were absolutely delicious. The spicy dirty martini was THE BEST martini I’ve ever had, also my friend gets bloody mary’s often and he said this was one of the best as well. The food was yummy too! I will say, the sides are pretty average, the risotto and brussels sprouts were actually not very good at all, but the steak is delicious and tender. The short rib entree with mashed potato’s was AMAZING.

Food is very good, service was exceptional. Only negative I have is not to go with a larger group, last time we went with a party of 10 and 2 had to send steaks back because they were very over cooked. I will say they did correct the issue but by the time the perfectly re cooked steaks came out everyone else was done eating. I do want to say it was a Saturday evening so it was busy but they would have wrapped them to go at that point.

I took my wife here for her birthday and we both loved it! I particularly liked they were willing to work with her food allergies. She wound up with the carbonara that was excellent and I had the walleye which was the best I ever had. Both the house salad and bread were great too. They gave us our choice of dessert for her birthday and we had the cheesecake which was very good.
This is a great place for special occasions, groups, and casual dinners as there are many choices that are reasonably priced. Service was great too.
We will be back to sample more of the menu.
