Overall good raw bar. The cooked stuff personal pie is good size. The peel and eat shrimp are firm medium size. Clams listed as middle neck but closer to little neck and good. Oysters nice size and you see them open them. Also several varieties. Buffalo wings cooked well and good flavor. The assortment of beer is amazing and something for all. Plus frozen drinks.

I go to this place every summer—great environment, good seafood, wide beer selection. Perfect for casual dinner with friends or pre-theater meal. My only complaint is my crab grilled cheese this year — one of the slices of bread was super soggy. I think maybe they put the tomato slice directly on the bread when it was all wet? Kind of a bummer.

As soon as I walked in there the staff had an attitude. The man taking my order could barley speak up and was so unpleasant. They have a pitcher of water and sitting next to it is this is a silly excuse for a cup. You might as well cup your hands together and drink out of them because you will most likely get more water. The amount of money they make, you think they could at least afford actual cups. I ordered the lobster roll which was 38 dollars. It was the most depressing thing I ever laid eyes on. There was so little lobster in the role I thought it was a crayfish. The bun was soggy and the lobster was unflavored. It came with a small bag of chips on the side which was more filling than the role itself. I was super disappointed, because I hear great things about this place and it was very unexpected. Don’t waste your time, just go to Wawa instead!

We’ve been coming here for years with my family and it always had a great raw bar and awesome beer selection, but unfortunately the experience here has gone way downhill. They went from a fun and easy going place to a chaotic and poorly executed restaurant where the staff is clearly frustrated and unhappy. The service is poor and as a customer you feel like you have to interrupt the staff who is shucking just to ask for standard items like napkins. Operationally, this place needs a lot of help and positive leadership. Lobster roll and blue crab grilled cheese were not seasoned and basically tasteless.

A little funky in that it’s a retail beer & wine store as well as a bar serving food & drink, but the food is decent and the craft beer tap list is expansive. They have bar seating and a few tables inside, as well as outdoor seating. The “frosé” is a big hit.

There is some street parking nearby and it seemed like there were a lot of spaces but we did visit on a Wednesday afternoon. There is a very small QR code on the front door but that was pretty much useless since it is not the updated menu. What is available is actually written on a board upfront so it is a little difficult to keep track of the beers etc. You have to go up to the front to order your food and beer/wine. They pour the beer and wine for you and give you a number to take back to your table.

My absolute little favorite corner of the Island. Delicious and quite the large selection of brews on tap, they now have margaritas and their food selection has grown over the years. Their oyster selection is the main reason I will drive an hour on a whim to visit and treat myself.

Great Jersey shore oyster bar. Better tap list than many. Good food, good service. What’s not to like?

Great place to try good variety of beer and raw bar. The store/bar is bright and modern. This place has the biggest choice of craft beer (on tap) on the island, but ONLY worth it during their Happy Hour (daily 3-6). Otherwise it is overpriced in all aspects (liquor store, food and draught beer)
