The girl taking orders at the front was super rude, couldn’t even get off her phone to take our order. They tried to double charge us for sauce, and out of honey mustard so we asked for the spicy barbecue but was just given sweet baby rays. If I wanted sweet baby rays I would have waited until I got home instead of paying $.56 for it. Well seasoned food but egg rolls are super weird. Better than other chicken places but super disappointed in this location lately, it used to be so good!

I spent $50 and Ordered 50 pieces of Chicken was extremely under seasoned called the store to see what they can do about it .. the girl who answered said that maybe because it was a lot of chicken it didn’t get covered properly she offered me some seasoning to put on top which is crazy… didn’t offer a remake. I asked for a partial refund she said there is nothing she can do about it.. i won’t be going back here again.

I ordered 6 piece chicken wings, chicken was not fresh. Smelled like day old, threw it out. Won’t be going to that location again. I have been to other locations and has no problems. Shame on Jones creek.

They serve chicken, among other foods. So the location is in a reasonably convenient spot and parking is alright. The inside is kind of like a convenience store that sells fried chicken. They have a large selection of cold drinks in gas-station style coolers. You will find something to drink, I promise you. The menu is easy to understand and clearly labeled. They offer a lot of things, but they have to actually have them on hand for you to purchase it. Staff is fine. We ordered a mixed 6pc for the each of us. Got home and started to eat. I did not enjoy my food. The top layer of the breast meat was like leather. Though the rest of it was okay. So it was clearly burnt, tough, like jerky. The drumsticks were a lot better. Thighs/wings were okay.
Where I really enjoyed the food was when I air fried the leftovers. The skin was made much more crispy and the spices really stuck out. The refried drumsticks were actually really good. But I can’t forgive the breasts being mostly inedible. If my food was properly cooked then I can see this being a great spot to get some fried chicken and other fixins. But I only really enjoyed my food after I stuck it in the air fryer. Not the place for me.

They put my 50 pieces of chicken in a used box. This cannot be sanitary. My husband brought it home. And no the foil is not covering all four sides of this gritty box. So needless to say we will not be visiting this blue store again.

Ordered 50 piece chicken over the phone and they called me when it was ready. Great spice and flavor and not too salty. Crunchy and juicy chicken served fresh and not old. Service was good but it would be nice to have another register to get the lines moving a little quicker.

I ordered a fried pig tail for the first time EVER!!! The first one was DELICIOUS. We ordered three the next day and it was FUNKY AND NASTY … it was fried beautifully but it had a awful smell to it .. we couldn’t eat it. The chicken and potato logs were delicious though

Terrible…. I just got 4 pieces of chicken and a small shrimp fried rice… young girl taking my order had absolutely zero personality and seemed very very bothered to take my very simple order…. While wiping her nose and handling my money…maybe she just wasn’t feeling well, I don’t know…. Food? Shrimp fried rice was so spicy I couldn’t eat it.. ate 4 bites, abd threw it away.. chicken? I picked at a breast and again, so dang spicy I couldn’t eat it… tried a wing and my goodness it was SALTY!! Didn’t even touch the other wing and breast.. threw it all in the GARBAGE… First time and I 1,000% guarantee my only time…. Never again..

What can I say, the hype is real and could not be happier during our recent 1st trip to this newly opened location. Ordered 6 wings, 3 potato wedges. Chicken wings are huge and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat to them. Wedges were on point as well cooked perfectly with a nice outer crust to them packed with flavor. A+ rating and would 100% recommend. Also in and out in 10 min at lunch time on a Saturday afternoon
