Seriously amazing pizza! My favorite at the moment is the heirloom tomato and pesto, it’s simply divine. The crust and all the ingredients are top notch. I love that every box is sealed with love! Goodness in every bite, no actual pizza photos because once the seal is broken, it’s hard to resist diving in.

My husband is gluten intolerant and we’ve tried their gluten free pizza twice. Once was right after they were opened and they accidentally gave us a regular crust pizza instead of gluten free. We hadn’t tried again for a few years so last week my husband ordered gluten free pizza again from them. We think the crust was different than the normal crust but he definitely got glutened from them. He had 24+ hours of symptoms including a migraine and he had to leave work early. If you are gluten intolerant or celiac, definitely avoid this place. Yes the pizzas do taste pretty good but it’s not worth the pain for those who can’t do gluten.

Interesting pizzas, I tried the pastrami pickle pizza, the pineapple prosciutto, gluten-free cheese, and san marzano & mozzarella. The crust is thin and chewy, and the bottom still manages to be crispy.

$15 for a half is not too bad, but it’s about the size of a medium pizza elsewhere. Easy parking and the Plaza is not in a crowded area.

With Triple Beam Pizza you are essentially paying for award winning Nancy Silvertons name recognition. Shes well known for her Mozza restaurants. That said, lets get into it.

The ingredients taste good. Just not a lot of toppings for the price point as you can see in the photo. There could have been more jalapenos and prosciutto and the sauce looks like it was squeezed on from a bottle as an after thought. The dough, promoted as roman style, was adequate… not too thin, not to thick. I paid $38.58 for this pizza which is overpriced IMO.

Ive talked to various neighbors now who have also ordered Triple Beam pizza and they all agree… it was kinda dry and the dough didnt have much flavor. I am hoping they add a little more sauce and toppings next time. I will revisit when things settle down and order again.

Yes, you can pay almost $40 for a $2 pizza or I recommend finding chefs on YT like Brian Lagerstrom who have an easy to make Roman style pizza recipe that will save you some money.

I had to laugh after reading some of these negative reviews. They were quite comical. I guess it is difficult to please everyone in today’s standards.

Personally, I really enjoyed my experience at TBP. The employees were kind, and the service was quick. I had pepperoni and sausage, and it was delicious. The crust was crispy and not dry. No, it did not taste like frozen pizza. Yes, I will come again to try some of their specialities.

To be honest, I think everyone should come by and give TBP a shot. Be your own judge. You will not be disappointed.

New style of pizza: it’s got almost no toppings, just a sprinkle of… something. I couldn’t see the sausage, but maybe it’s playing hide and seek!

Gluten free pizza review:

It was ok, the flavors and the quality of ingredients were great (5 stars) but the crust was not (2 stars). It was just too thick and chewy (not in a good way). I didn’t enjoy that aspect, but to be fair they are known for their regular crust which looks amazing in pictures.

Service was amazing and they made our order very quickly. I would say that for gf it’s not worth the price, which includes the additional cost for the crust upgrade. However, I would absolutely pay that much for a really good pizza that’s not a 20 minute drive away if I could eat their regular pizza crust.

Pizza quality is lower at this location compared to the LA one…the high prices are the same though.

This place has delicious gourmet pizza. Wow this pizza was reasonable priced and so tasty. I had peporoni with mushrooms and extra olive oil. (Chef’s kiss) If your a fan of Brussel sprouts and bacon I recommend that pizza as well. The pictures of the pizza on the website are legit.
