I struggle writing this review.
As you can see from my ratings, the food is excellent, the atmosphere pretty good.
I love the fact they’re open late.
The staff…
Well, I own a company and the first give away at Tios is the staff I interact with (usually after 9:30 pm) is not friendly, engaging and horribly depressing.
Even when the food is outstanding, I ask myself “why would I come to a restaurant where the staff is obviously unhappy, rude and depressing?”
At their bar tonight. I’m the ONLY one in the restaurant. Watching a baseball game. The wait person walks up and changes the station.
Hmmm.
Didn’t ask me if that was OK.
Didn’t ask if I was watching the current game that was n̈.
A few minutes later I had to confront.
The rest is history. I told bartender and wait person I was going to go tell management about this issue.
They told me that I was being “threatening” After giving it a 2nd thought, if the staff tonight doesn’t change their attitude, the owners will eventually go out of business. Is that threatening? I think not.

Fantastic! Food was fresh and delicious. Bar was clean and stocked. Staff was happy and attentive, always ready to help and take your order for food or cocktails. Wonderful, fun, exciting atmosphere with great music. Highly recommended! FIVE STARS!

Food was pretty good buy the service was terrible. The owner/host was walking around drinking wine and on his cell phone instead of sitting his guests even offering a menu. The one waitress on shift was pulling double duty by being a bartender and a waitress. Not a quick bite place. The tri color chips are appealing but the salsa was bland.

Great vibes on Saturday night. If you like bachata, merengue, salsa, regeton this is the place to be. Seafood platter was delicious! I’m giving it 4 stars because I waited a while for food. Otherwise great experience!

The redesign platform is nice. Manager is amazing, gave a round of free shots to everyone that night! Corona for $5 mixx drinks $12+ && didn’t have food but there is food there! Mostly Bachata music!

I went there after attending a baby shower…I must admit I was impressed…They were able to find us a table even though the place was pretty crowded…Though we were close to the bar, we had a beautiful waitress who took our food and drink order…We ordered a grande Picadero (for 5 of us) which was delicious…After we ate, we danced the night away til it was time to leave…The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they close @ 1am…:(
