Absolutely LOVE this place! It’s family run (which is awesome) and every single person that I met was super nice and helpful!
David, the bartender, was especially fantastic. He was making us laugh for our whole meal and provided fantastic service on top of his charisma.
And the food!! The food is 10/10 Italian. This place is a hidden gem and I can’t believe more people don’t know about it.

We originally went to 1845 Taste of Texas and we decided that an hour and a half wait was just too long. So I did a quick search and found this newly opened restaurant (6 months). My family and I had a great experience here. The staff was attentive and the food was great. This is a family run business and I love supporting small businesses. We all left very full and satisfied that we could all share in this wonderful dining experience. Three of the five us choose specials that I am sure pushed our bill up quickly but they were all fantastic and we will be returning. Next time I will post pics and show our menu selections.

I was surprised to come in on Sunday at 6pm to see not a single person in the restaurant! The place is nice and the food was good as well. We had Escargot, Chicken Parmesan, the New York Strip, and a salad and all was yummy! There were no hard rolls like previous reviews stated, so maybe they changed this. Hope it gains popularity in such a nice little area of town!

This Italian restaurant is beautiful, with a cozy feel and great atmosphere. I visited from NJ and I was impressed at the food and service. I had Trout Almondine with lemon garlic wine sauce and roasted almonds. I was impressed at the presentation and the taste of it! I can’t wait to visit more often. My other family and friends on the table had different dishes and everyone was so happy. Everything was extremely flavorful and delicious. The food came out hot. Here everything was perfectly temperature. LOVED 5 stars from me fully recommend this amazing restaurant won’t be disappointed trust me

A few dozen positive reviews tells me perhaps the options we selected weren’t the best. However, when you mis-cook a steak twice it should be comped in my opinion. Service was very friendly from our server but not as attentive as we’d have liked. As I can see from a previous response to a review the owner/manager is defensive rather than sincerely concerned about customer experience. The wine menu is good and overall the quality of ingredients is clear. Unfortunately, for us they didn’t come together for either of us on my birthday. Best of luck to them but not for us.

Good service (though we dined early and were the only ones there). Calamari was decent; chicken Jerusalem was a good-sized portion, but was a bit tough and the sauce was too thick. 8 oz. bottled sodas cost $3.50/ea, so drink sparingly. Trio’s Italian Bistro is not horrible, though a preferred Italian restaurant for us is Cafe Italia in Grapevine.

I will preface by saying it is a new restaurant and I will give them 1 more opportunity. That said, I/we were very disappointed. Very pricey which is okay if the food is excellent. It wasn’t. The Fettuccine Alfredo was Dry. Angel hair pasta dish lacked flavor and was also dry. The dinner rolls were hard. Did not appear to be fresh. $9.00 for a sum what small ceaser salid with romaine lettuce and a few croutons was a disappointment. And the ceaser dressing tasted like right from a store bought bottle. Average price of a meal with a salad is around $35.00 to $40.00 plus a tip. For that price I/we expected better quality and flavor. I will give them 1 more chance again since they just opened and should be given the opportunity to step up their game. They have BIG shoes to fill as the previous Italian restaurant in that location had amazing food at much more reasonable prices. I want them to succeed as I love good Italian cuisine.

This was a terrible meal. Stuffed mushrooms appetizer was cold, the filling tasted store bought and the cheese on top was hard like plastic, the rolls were not fresh and hard, they reminded me of some day old bread from Kroger, my husband and I both had pasta dishes that had some unidentifiable lumps In the cream sauce, and again the dish was covered in the inedible plastic cheese…..we complained to our waitress who told us that she too did not like the mushrooms or pasta but never offered to get a manager, adjust our bill or make us something that she could recommend. Time will tell if this place makes it, but for $80 with no alcohol and to leave hungry, we won’t be back.
