Definitely some of the best steak from a truck I have ever had. Will definitely come back. You want to mix it up and try something different from the same ol’ food chains. Give this place a try. Nothing but satisfaction guaranteed! OMG I just had some of the pork belly! It’s some of the best and the salad did so light and fresh with just the right amount of spice. A truely fresh experience, pair with a beer and you will be in heaven.

We had the Steak, frites, and ceasar salad and we loved it!
The steak was so tender and cooked perfectly medium rare! Fries were top tier: so crispy yet fluffy, and perfectly salty! Caesar salad was made with fresh and crisp romaine and the dressing was amazingly potent and garlicky. Also, the bread crumbs were delightfully crunchy and obviously homemade! Oh and the garlic aioli was so good!

Ate an early dinner at Trio food truck and had the steak Cesear tacos which were pretty amazing and my partner had the steak frites. I have a hard time finding places that actually cook steak to medium rare (usually places always over cook it) and this place didn’t disappoint and I actually got medium rare. Their menu is very small which is great for someone like me that has a hard time making up my mind on what to order. There was also no shortage of garlic in my tacos. We will definitely be back!

We had Trio cater a house party in August. Guests raved about every single menu item! It’s September and my friends are still talkimg about how tender the steak and how chrispy and delicious the fries are. Check Trio. out the food is reasonably priced and delicious! Great option for catering.

After leaving the beach for the dogs, I stopped at a food truck called TRIO at Edmonds in the antique mall parking lot today.
It was absolutely delicious! I had the steak and fries from the food truck and it was incredible. The steak was moist and tender, cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was like eating at a restaurant on wheels. I highly recommend trying their food if you have the chance. 5 stars!

Ate here while visiting Edway Taphouse. We tried everything and it was all delicious. Steak cooked perfectly Medium, and very tender. Caesar salad was out of this world good, the crouton was more like a buttery garlicky crunch on top than salady type croutons, unexpected and so yummy. Fries were crisp and the trio of dips is worth trying.

Couldn’t believe my luck when I came across this rolling piece of heaven. Tender, flavorful steak cooked to perfection and paired with the crispiest, fluffiest frites this side of the Seine. They have wine too which rounds out your fancy food truck experience. Added bonus when it’s parked outside the Edway Tap House for an added dose of drink deliciousness! Don’t miss out on being the foodie friend that introduced all your other friends to this place. Bon appetit!!
