I discovered a hidden gem of a spot that proved to be an excellent find on this outstanding excursion. Trio offered a fully plant-based menu, and every dish exceeded expectations. We sampled the sweet Thai chili cauliflower wings, jacked-up tacos, sweet potato tacos, and macho nachos, and none of them disappointed. Shaun, the owner, was extremely friendly and informative, making this experience even more memorable. As a visitor from the central Florida area, it was pleasing to find an establishment that catered to my dietary requirements.

Amazing food, everything made fresh, in house. The Owner was so kind & informative. They use organic tofu which I genuinely appreciate.

Happened to come across this place yesterday while searching for alpha gal friendly places in Cape. Hadn’t eaten out in almost 3 years due to the allergy. Atmosphere was quaint owner was absolutely wonderful and all the food sounded delicious. I went for their buffalo chicken sandwich and let me tell you it did not disappoint! It was so good!!! I will definitely be making more trips to cape just to go here to eat. I highly recommend this place to anyone regardless if you eat vegan or not !

I love this place! Everything is amazing—from the food to the service to the incredible energy in the space. It’s hard to choose a favorite because the menu is packed with so many delicious options. If you haven’t tried plant-based food before, this is the perfect spot to start. I highly recommend going in with an open mind and trying something new.

I absolutely love this place! I just tried it for the first time and the food literally blew me away! My friend and I got the loaded buffalo wedges & the BBQ buffalo wedges and cauliwings….. Chefs kiss . The owner & cook can throw down in that kitchen! And he’s super nice we all just chatted for a while after dinner, such a nice atmosphere! If ur on the fence, meat eater or vegan…… Just go! It’s absolutely amazing food! ♥️

SO GOOD. Genuinely one of the best restaurants I’ve EVER been to. This is a place that would be mighty successful in any big city and it’s such a hidden gem in Cape! All of their dishes are so high-quality, yummy, and fresh. I would recommend the sweet potato tacos, thai cauliwings, and nachos!! Also every single time we visit, we are greeted with such amazing service and kind people. 10/10 vibes. We drive an hour to swing by this place and it’s so worth it every time. You must visit!!!

I stayed overnight in Cape Girardeau while on a road trip and found this place because I’m as whole-food plant-based as possible and am always on the lookout for someplace where I can stick to it. Trio Restaurant does not disappoint! The service was great and the food (jacked up tacos and mango smoothie) was outstanding. All at competitive prices. I definitely recommend and would not hesitate to return! I wish they had a place in the St Louis area.

Found this little gem today! It is all plant based. I had a tough time deciding and the owner, Shane, helped me choose. The Buddha’s Belly Bowl was a big serving that included sweet potato tempura, red quinoa, corn, avocado, tomatoes, and more. It came with a delicious sauce on the side and a cup of hot sauce. So good! I also got a Chai apple juice hot tea that was great. I will definitely make this a stop any time I go to Cape.

Stopped by Trio for some lunch and ordered the Macho Nachos and the Strawberry Lime Cheesecake special and my friend ordered the Uncluckable Sandwich – all were delicious. Great vegan and gluten-free options! The staff was super friendly and attentive, will definitely be back to try more of their menu.
