I really enjoyed the chef special. The broth was really good and creamy. Never judge a bowl right away because it’s actually still cooking as it was being served. It takes a while for all the flavors to come out but it was really good. Also, their bubble tea was very good.

Such a great, new addition to the Middleton dining scene! We had the tonkatsu pork belly Ramen. Enough for two to split. Noodles were fresh and delicious. Edamame was well seasoned and not overly salty and hiyayakko (Japanese cold tofu) was creamy and flavorful. We will be back!

We had a date night here and it was amazing! Got sat down right away and the atmosphere in this place is really nice. The food is excellent, we loved everything we ordered, highly recommend the Lychee lemonade. You cannot go wrong eating here!

Yum yum yum!!! You need to stop in if you haven’t already. This is the first place I think of when someone says ramen. The atmosphere is cool and classy with a nice outdoor vibe. I can’t wait to stop back in.

I want to love Trio, really I do. It’s good and it’s close to where I live. The food is tasty, but a basic bowl starts at $14. Chefs special is $19. My lunch was $20 with tip ( I only added mushrooms). This is more of a ‘treat’ that I’ll save for fall and winter.
