Such a gem of a local Thai spot! The food is consistently fresh and flavorful. The crab rangoon is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had: perfectly crispy and creamy.
Being BYO is a huge bonus, and the vibe is relaxed and welcoming, making it perfect for a casual night out or dinner with friends. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and service is always friendly.
If you love great Thai food and next-level crab rangoon, don’t sleep on this place. Highly recommend!

This is a neighborhood gem. We love the food, price, service, and atmosphere. We’ve been ordering takeout and eat-in for years and will continue to in the future.

Great meal! For appetizers we enjoyed the seafood dumplings, Thai chicken wings, fried calamari and crab Rangoon. Each was excellent. For our entrees we enjoyed pad Thai with pork, pad see yew with chicken, and drunken noodles with calamari. Each again was excellent! The desserts were amazing! Chocolate cake, bread pudding, coconut ice cream, and strawberry ice cream. You cannot go wrong here. Thanks to Chef Mike! #thwnd

I can’t believe I haven’t been here before, what an amazing Thai spot right in Fairmount. I was tired of lazily door-dashing Thai food that always ended up lackluster and flavorless, so decided to try something off my “to try” list. Decided on Trio and it was a hit! The dishes were full of tofu and fresh veggies and the sauces super flavorful. Got the pad see ew and green curry. My partner uses green curry as his litmus test for Thai food and this passed the test with flying colors. We were both mad we hadn’t been here yet, it will now be in the regular rotation.
Ate too quickly to get pictures, but portion sizes were generous!
Can dine in or takeout

We ordered Laos style lettuce wraps, crab
Beggars pouches, Stir fry beef over rice, Chicken over glass noodles.
I enjoyed beggars pouches the most.
Parking is challenging in that area.
Service was very good.

We’re visiting from NY and wanted lunch at a spot close to the Art Museum. Trio was a great decision. Ive been to many thai spots and this one is in my top 3. The samosa appetizer was very delicious and that peanut sauce on the side elevated it to another level. In the picture is the drunken noodles with beef (level 4 spicy) and also steak w/potatoes. Both were insanely delicious. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

This place is seriously underrated as both a star restaurant in the neighborhood as well as one of the best Thai places in the city. Look at this masterpiece! Delicious, fresh flavors, high quality ingredients, and just gorgeous presentation. Love it here.

An eclectic menu, and nothing is a miss. I’m especially fond of the Khao Soi, and don’t sleep on the desserts.

This place is difficult to review because the food is good and we have had consistently good meals when ordering delivery, which is why I am giving it three stars. Unfortunately the experience in the actual restaurant is quite terrible and I would not recommend physically going there. First, when we arrived to a totally empty restaurant (minus one couple dining) we were asked if we have a reservation. When we said “no” I was met with a “oh no…well, let me check…..”. Then after a few minutes we were seated at a terrible table right in the way it the door (mind you it is snowing and cold at this time). We asked for a high chair for my daughter and we got one -the belt was completely broken (buckles missing, just tied together). We asked to a different chair, obviously. Then we were given different menus – I was interested in the skirt steak, by my husband’s menu listed a strip steak. We asked which menu was correct – server said, “they’re the same, we just have one type of steak” which is weird (these are obviously different types if cut). Now I realize that this is not a steak House, so I was not expecting to be amazed, but after I ordered I was told that neither one of the steaks was actually available but a different one for $2 more was available which is exactly the same but has a different sauce. Fine, I just want some red meat today, so I go for it. They didn’t even ask “how would you like it cooked?” And it came out cold but “well done”. The rest of the food was good. Unfortunately the service continued to suck. Dishes were just left piled up on the very small table, waters were not refilled, had to literally wave over to the two servers (who were on their phones and not coming by either of the two tables, see pictures) to ask for some water. The whole time it felt like we were a nuisance and interrupting text time. Oh, and none of the other tables ever got anyone seated in them so I really don’t know why we weren’t just seated in a normal location, and right away. Final verdict -i will keep ordering take out. I will not go here to dine again.
