The pizzas are fantastic—each one a personal 10-inch pie, perfectly sized and full of flavor.
And then there was Zoe—truly the highlight of the evening. She was warm, attentive, genuinely fun, and such a pleasure to be around. She made us feel right at home and added so much joy to the experience.
Thank you, Zoe, for the great energy and care. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a happy holiday season ✨
My all time favorite is the baked chicken wings , followed by the lasagna . My wife loves their Hawaiian pizza and we both get salads , great salads . The bread they bring around is to die for and it is hard not to eat it all up . The last couple times Anne has taken care of us and she knows the right pace of the meal and our drinks were always right
I highly recommend everyone try this spot out in downtown Greenville
The house bread was easily some of the best fresh bread we’ve ever had, and we truly enjoyed our meals. We’re glad we chose to dine here. The only drawbacks were the small service oversights, but we understand it was a very busy night.
Everything was flawless—the food, the staff, the menu, the vibe. We came in on a Monday, so it was quiet, which made our evening feel even more intimate. At one point, the manager walked by and said, “If you pay for it, I’ll make it.” That kind of attitude? I’m all in.
Too many restaurants forget that diners have options. If you’ve got the ingredients and the time, why not make the dish? Scallops, peanut butter, green onion on angel hair with butter and parmesan? You can make that? Amazing—here’s my money!
Trio didn’t just say yes—they embraced the challenge. That kind of hospitality and creativity is rare, and absolutely unforgettable.
Now let’s talk service. Anne, our bartender/server, was phenomenal. She and the team seemed to anticipate our every need—like they were reading our minds.
And the food? Let’s start with the bread. Simple, right? But they nailed it. Fresh, homemade mini loaves baked just for our table, served with olive oil, minced garlic, and parmesan. Spectacular.
Then came the Tortellini Napoli. Creamy cheese tortellini, fennel sausage, spinach, thick slices of portobello mushrooms, all swimming in a rich parmesan reduction. My wife coined it a “Chef’s kiss!” moment—and she was spot on. I couldn’t finish it, but I’m thrilled to have leftovers waiting for me tomorrow.
If you ever get the chance, do yourself a favor and visit Trio. I hope your experience is as magical as ours. Safe travels and happy eating—Giddy-Up!
In the 8 years of visits, the warm welcome and exemplary food and drink are still consistent! Outstanding.
Thank you, Trio!
We got a table right away and had a very friendly waitress.
We had a glass of their only Malbec on the menu (3 – 4 stars) and a Peroni. I guess I should’ve gone with the Merlot.
After much consideration trying to choose between pizza and pasta, we ordered the Blacked Carbonara with Chicken our waitress raved about and a Spinach salad and shared them both.
Despite being hungry, the salad was so large that we actually had pasta leftover.
The pizza looked great and I’ll definitely visit again.
Delicious fresh food and great service in a fun atmosphere. Large restaurant with lots of seating and a steady takeout business. There’s a bar as well.
