I am a pizza food truck situated outside of Shandy’s Bowling Alley in Lapine, OR. I make my own vegan friendly dough and I also have gluten free and cauliflower crusts (Cannot guarantee non-cross contamination). I offer vegan friendly cheese as well as my regular cheese. My toppings are abundant, so turn those creative brains on and just have fun with it. Give me a call if you have any questions or are ready to make an order.

Wow, the love Trinity has for her pizza creations is remarkable! The food truck operation, outside Shandy’s, is the way she serves up this delectable goodness. We stopped in last night, hung out with Patrick his dog Roudy and some of the regulars. So many old school video games, and of course bowling too.
Trinity and her pizza joint is truly a hidden gem! Can’t wait for her karaoke performances on Fridays and Saturdays.

Very friendly customer service! The pizza was delivered right to our campsite and tasted extremely fresh and was still piping hot. Will definitely be ordering here again when we come back. Will be a nice tradition. Thanks a bunch!

I’m from out of town in La Pine for a couple of months. I’ve been having trouble finding good pizza until I came across Trinity’s pizza truck. I had a chance to chat with her while my pizza was baking and she has some really interesting ideas for pizzas which I’m looking forward to trying. My sausage and pepperoni pizza was pretty good though I found the crust to be almost like like matzah, dry and flavorless. I think it’s a local thing as all of the pizzas I’ve tried are similar in this regard. That said, I look forward to returning for a pulled pork pizza. You should too!

Living out here in Three Rivers it’s so nice to have a yummy food option when we don’t want to drive into the Village or into town. We ordered her buffalo chicken pizza ( I ate the entire thing myself over multiple sittings) and my husband ordered a meaty pizza and he devoured his. Needles to say. Trinity’s pizza is a yummy place to pick up a pizza.

Amazing pizza and friendly staff. The dessert smores pizza was delicious. And, great atmosphere in the back of Legend’s Cider tasting. A great stop if you are driving between sunriver and crater lake.

I have consumed a very large amount of pizza in numerous geographical areas. I will say hands down the pizzas coming out of here are nothing short of amazing and if anything were underhyped versus being overhyped. If you are traveling through La Pine stop in a thank yourself later.

Worst pizza ever! Do not come here. My husband and I waited over an hour when it was supposed to be done within 45 mins. When we finally got our food there was barley any cheese on the pizza and some slices didn’t even have dough/crust underneath just pizza toppings. Very disappointed! Safe your money and go somewhere else
