Maybe it was an off day. But brisket was dry. Hot links are just normal, pulled pork was great with the slaw. The Texas toast was the best!

Does a great BBQ place really need atmosphere? The only atmosphere necessary at a great BBQ place is the wonderful smell of bbq’d meats. And Trinity has that.
I was just passing through Pratt on my way to the Wichita airport and didn’t have a lot of time. I dropped in and the two owners were hustling up a huge to go order and the nice woman working the counter told me it was just them and it would be sometime before they could seat me. I asked if I could just get two or three ribs to go. She knew I was in a hurry and quickly got an order…literally in 60 seconds. They were so busy, but stopped helped me out. I was able to get some spectacular ribs AND still make my plane.
She asked if I wanted sauce and I declined. The ribs were very moist, yet were still fall off the bone tender. That is HARD to do.
The outside (bark) looked great and texture was there. They have a very mild flavor. I do wish I had grabbed some sauce, if for no other reason than just trying it out.
These ribs are for real, trust me and give them a try.

What a great lunch with generous portions! Homemade real food by a very nice husband and wife team. We loved the brisket and pulled pork with BBQ sauce, the beans are delicious and more like ranch style beans, not baked beans, and pretty good coleslaw. We will be back!

Great Sweet Tea & BBQ! Very inviting atmosphere. I had the three meat sandwich and it was huge! My wife had the smoked brisket plate with Mac n Cheese. I wasn’t a fan of the hot links but everything else including the slaw was excellent!

Great food and a wonderful staff
Being from Texas didn’t have high hope for this place but I was very surprised by the taste and quality of the food here. It is the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I ordered the Frito pulled pork pie. It was amazing. Plus it is the only place in town I could find sweet tea. Will definitely be eating here a lot while in town. Super friendly and prompt service from the staff.

The food and service was awesome. I ordered the four meat smokehouse plate. It comes with four meats and two sides. If you order this, make sure that you bring a big appetite to the table. The tables were clean and the staff was very friendly. The next time that I make it back to Pratt, I will make sure that a stop here is on my itinerary.

Unbelievably delicious pulled pork. Homemade barbecue sauces and amazing Mac and cheese. The service was amazing, the server (I believe one of the owners) was friendly, smiling and cheerful. She was the only server on the floor and was still attentive and amazing to everyone there. Definitely gonna be returning next time we’re in town.

The owners are super nice and friendly and the place is cute for a sit down lunch. Our take out was also super quick, quicker than fast food honestly. The food itself is ok BBQ, not competition level but satisfying. I would go again if I was in the mood for BBQ in Pratt.
