The weekend buffet brunch at $25.00 each is also attractive. We will come to try in the near future.

We went to this place during our stay at the Hilton, mainly for breakfast. I was impressed with the service I received. Not sure whether it was just the gentleman who served us or it’s the norm but he went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. The price is inline with all the Hilton restaurants and I would say that they had more variety than other Hiltons for breakfast buffet. Ambience was great and was very clean.
Jalapeneo poppers for an appetizer, very tasty but a bit weak on the jalepeneo flavor, rack of Lamb had all the appropriate flavors and it got better from there, mash potatoes were outstanding, asparagus cooked just right, carrots out of this world, overall a great dinner, service was excellent.
I absolutely loved that they offered congee for breakfast. As someone who would prefer not to eat a sweet breakfast, the alternative was wonderful. The congee was bland, but it came with several condiments to add your desired flavor. The dish came with pickled veggies, peanuts and meat floss. I used all of the condiments and added sriracha; tasty. We also ordered their Chinese noodle soup and that was packed with flavor. The bok choy and other components made the dish. My daughter ordered their French toast and she said it was the best she’s had.
We paid approximately $50 which already included the tip. The restaurant was non tipping.
Service was great, as we were the only customers at the time. I am actually would give it a 3.5 star. We prefer to be given two choices from the menu, less portions is fine, so you can try different food. My greatest disappointment was the to go containers that they use. The cheap white foam non-recycling material, bad for the environment. I can’t believe Hilton would allow such cheap stuff to be used.
I hope the food manager would do something.
I am going to keep this short.
Food: not amazing, limited selection for the all you can eat, and even then only a few were tasty. Most were over salted. The only savior was the noodle soup station.
Service: staff meandered around, but clean up was quick
Atmosphere: dated.
Not returning.
