My first time eating here. I ordered to go. A chicken Ceasar salad and garlic knots. Being from NY, I always try the knots when they are on the menu. They give seven knots and two marinaras for dipping. That’s generous for the price. I dumped the garlic butter inside the bag after I took these pictures. The salad looks pretty and the dressing made it taste so good. I asked for extra ceasar dressing here and they didn’t disappoint. The dressing tastes homemade and so do the croutons. They gave enough chicken too. I would definitely order this for lunch again.

Cool vibes and great service. The pizza was 6.5/7 out of 10. It wasn’t bad but we were underwhelmed a bit. Also, the garlic knots aren’t garlicky at all.

Their Hawaiian style pizza with thin crust is phenomenal!!! The server was amazing and the atmosphere was very chill, good music and good vibes overall. 10/10 must go if you’re visiting or just on this side of town!

Great pizza. Crispy crust. Flavorful. Loved the old world white. Could have ordered a burrata app just for myself. Great for kids. A small is a good size for a one person. Atmosphere is super casual not very fancy but delivers on flavor. I had super low expectations coming in because I don’t like pizza but I will eat it here. Burrata is my favorite. Apps wet half off when we went but with 4 pizzas it was $90 with the tip so kinda pricey.

Went for happy hour and it did not disappoint!! They have discounted wine, beer and appetizers that move your soul! The owners name is Michael and he introduced himself and gave amazing wine recommendations! We got the meatballs, spinach dip and the California Cuvée and they were all amazing!!! Happy hour is 3-6 Thursday – Sunday!

A while back we visited Trilogy Pizza in Stone Oak, a cozy little spot perfect for a casual pizza night. One thing to note is drinks are self serve, but their soda machine is positioned quite high, and at 5’ tall, I couldn’t quite tell how much I was pouring! It’s a good thing my husband was with me.

We started with their spinach artichoke dip, which was decent. For the main course, we ordered their medium Chicago-style pizza called the Texan. It was topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and Canadian bacon. Interestingly, they put the toppings on the bottom and pour the sauce on top, which is a different approach from typical pizzas. The pizza was definitely loaded with sauce—perhaps a bit more than usual but overall, it was tasty.

This place offers a budget-friendly option if you’re in the mood for neighborhood pizza. It’s a great spot for a relaxed, informal meal.

Wonderful restaurant that reminds me of dining in Italy. I had a Caprese salad and a Chicago style deep dish pizza. My daughter had some pizza bread for an appetizer and pasta for her main course. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this fantastic family restaurant!

Placed a carry out order and the pizza came out fast and fresh. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding. The restaurant itself is very clean (A 100 score). It Feels like I’m in Italy at a fancy fine dining Italian restaurant l. I absolutely love Trilogy I am so sad that I do not live in the area I would come more often thank you for having the best pizza in San Antonio. I forgot to mention the specials they have are so affordable. I got a small 2 topping pizza for only $9.99. There is nothing small about it. It is actually quite large.I added on garlic knots for $.99 and a fountain drink for $.99.
