Lunch with Aunt Shari is what I am calling these now. Lol. The food delivers what it promises, fresh!!! I had the Breakfast burrito and Aunt Shari had the avacado toast with heirloom tomatoes and cilantro. Yummy!! In fact when I took a bite of my burrito I said out load, Man, that is good. No processed powdered premade eggs here, just Fresh and cooked right there. When you go make sure you say hi to the lovely Elizabeth, who has been working there for over a year and her smile makes you feel welcome. Perfect place to pull up a seat and chat with friends or open the lap top and finish your work.

I was born in DeLand in 1986 have moved around with my family to Kentucky and around since then…. but have come back to visit numerous times and love both states. When we come to Florida, I always try to visit places like this to support the local community. That said, we came in for breakfast and were not let down!! The service was very awesome and they were very pleasant. The staff gave lots of attention to our family. The food came out very fast. I thought we were going to have to wait 15 to 20 minutes but it came out within minutes and was very hot and fresh. My daughter absolutely loved the pancakes and fruit and she is picky. After we ate our breakfast here, and being cat people, we visited the Cat Cafe right next door. This is a very awesome location for a family to spend a morning. Thank you for the food and service.

First time here and it was great. We all had coffee, my son and I had the iced latte with vanilla and my boyfriend had the hot cappuccino. All very good. We ordered a little bit of everything so we could try several things. We got the pancakes, biscuits and gravy, build your own breakfast. All very good. My favorite was the pancakes , and the breakfast potatoes. We are ready to go again and try different things. They also have a lunch menu we want to try. We also met the owner who was very sweet. We look forward to coming back.

Such a GREAT Resturant. It’s more of a diner, style. Small indoors and the building on the outside is very unassuming, and doesn’t do the food justice, truly a gem!

Let me tell you, I was unsure about the Cayenne pepper being in the maple syrup of their Chicken Biscuit, but it’s just a touch of Cayenne, and it tasted AMAZING, again, I would normally never want to eat such a thing, but that tasted Faboulous. Like a true Ratatouille moment!
Egg sandwich was also great, I believe they put some kind of herb in the biscuit, and it tasted great as well!
Excellent food and pretty cheap Cafe drinks, great place for breakfast!
A must go if you’re in the area!

Perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or just a quick pick-me-up, the food is always perfect and fresh and the coffee is always excellent! The employees are friendly and welcoming, and give the best recommendations. Plenty of peace and quiet once seated to get some work done. This is by far the best cafe in Deland. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

Loved coming here with my husband for breakfast! We both ordered the biscuits and gravy and they were fabulous. I also ordered a latte and the flavor was spectacular as well as the foam texture! A very nice and modern coffee shop with a great breakfast. We had the butter pancakes and the eggs and they were wonderful. The place was packed and we still got our food pretty quick. The prices are pretty favorable too. Plenty of parking around the restaurant. Friendly staff.
