Great place to hang with friends, to watch the game, get some good filling grub.
The first thing I noticed was how comfy the chairs are. It may not be a thing most people notice, but this tells me they aren’t just trying to get you in and out trying to flip the table. They want you there.
We got the meatballs app, and these are the best meatballs I’ve had, hands down! The flavor is amazing and they are moist, not dry and crumbly.
My hubs got a beer and I had a couple sips,(breck Octoberfest) and it was good, crisp tasted like fall.
We also ordered and split the build your own pizza (we got a plain cheese) and a burger.
The pizza was good, definitely a good bar type of pizza, it did have a good garlic taste, not too much but was more than what you’d get at a chain pizza place.
The burger was well seasoned, and not greasy, which you’d think would be easy to do but hardly can find a good burger that’s properly seasoned around CR. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and a good amount. The only downside was the bun, it wasn’t as strong as it needed to be for the double meat that’s standard on the burgers. Which Greg, the owner, who we met coming in, asked for feedback and was very open and receptive to the feedback. Even with the bun being weak, it was a delicious burger.
Will definitely be back.
Greg, the owner, is just an awesome dude with a great vision for this place. The staff here is such an amazing team of friendly and helpful folks who truly seem to enjoy working there and taking care of their customers.
I highly recommend the Meatball appetizer, it was simply excellent! 3 decently sized meatballs, tender and juicy, well seasoned (both meat and sauce) at a fair price. I definitely would get that app every visit here …or a meatball parm sub/sandwich if it’s on the full menu! Who am I kidding I want another plate right of them now as I write this review!!!
Pizza was good as well, I will probably order the 16 inch one next time. It had a garlic sauce drizzle type thing on top with grated cheese but the 12 inch pizza was perfect for one person.
The Burger was flavorful and crispy. While I prefer medium to medium well it was still good and filling as 2 big patties. A great bar food staple that paired very nicely with their well priced beers.
I had to try the stuffed onion ring but as a side versus an appetizer. I’m glad I only ordered the one because it was very rich and so filling, but was really tasty.
Everything was reasonably priced and even with it being a bar atmosphere during NFL games (though the Broncos were not playing at the time) it wasn’t loud and we could hold a conversation without difficulty.
Looking forward to returning for the food and service here again and perhaps venture up to the pool tables and more after the grand opening. Will definitely visit again. and again. and again…
TLDR… awesome owner, excellent service, fast fresh hot food, in a friendly local establishment with multiple floors for food and fun. Order the meatballs! Will visit again for sure!
I stopped into Trifecta — a brand-new bar that opened in October — and was taken care of by Samantha and Alexis, two bartenders who honestly make this place stand out.
Samantha might be young, but she’s got that old-soul honesty you don’t see much anymore. She’ll tell you the truth straight up, no fluff, and somehow make you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Easy to talk to, genuine, and exactly the kind of person you want behind the bar.
Alexis brings the energy — fast-paced, hardworking, constantly checking on everyone, and absolutely not afraid to call you out or give you a little shit in the best way possible. She keeps the whole bar running smooth while still being fun and sharp-witted.
They filled me in on the story of the place: what used to be an old steakhouse has been completely reimagined into a three-level bar. Main floor is the full bar, the second level is a pool hall, and the third floor is lined up to become a private party space — with talk of a cigar lounge or speakeasy vibe.
And the food? The wings were outstanding — I tried the buffalo and the teriyaki, and both were spot-on. Great flavor, cooked perfectly, and exactly what you want to go with a cold drink and a game.
The setup is impressive: a full horseshoe bar with about 22 seats, surrounded by low dining tables, a couple of mini horseshoe tables, and plenty of hightops. They offer 12 beers on tap, a solid wine selection, and everything you’d want for cocktails or mixed drinks.
If you’re here for sports, you’re set — there’s not a single bad seat in the house. Everywhere you sit, you’re staring at a TV with the game on.
Brand new, clean, well-designed, and staffed by two bartenders who actually care about the experience. Samantha and Alexis made the visit, and the wings sealed it.
I’ll definitely be back.
The place smells great, the vibe is what I am all about, the staff Lala and Taylor have been amazing…
And this Hatch Green Chili!!
Definitely looking forward to the upper levels.
The bartender greeted us warmly at the table, and let us know what the happy hour specials were. She described the full restaurant as we indicated, we had not been there before.
It seemed very closed up, with all of the shades closed, later finding out that the true atmosphere was upstairs at the speakeasy, which was not open when we had arrived.
The menu is full of bar type food that you would expect. We ordered meatballs, pizza and calamari.
This is where things fell apart… There was one small meatball in each dish, pizza with burned crust, but the worst was the calamari.
The calamari was listed on the menu as having a lemon caper sauce. It came out extremely sweet, and very, very crispy to the point where the calamari inside was dried out. I inquired about the sauce after we were asked about our meal, he said they had changed the menu to be a honey, glazed type sauce instead. That was very disconcerting, especially if someone at the table or anyone else ordering this has a problem with dietary or allergy issues. This should’ve been noted when we made the order. We pointed out the crispy dry issues with the calamari, the manager didn’t seem concerned and did not offer to take the plate away, remake, or even take it off the bill. He basically just shrugged and said OH.
Other than the burn crust, the taste of the other items were OK. We did end up asking for garlic bread to go with the meatball, that would be a nice addition to have a couple pieces of bread with that.
After our meal, we went upstairs and checked out the rest of the place. The vibe and look of the speakeasy are very nice. The window shades were open with a nice view of the foothills, and sunset. There is also an outdoor patio there when the weather is warmer.
The second floor is as described by other reviewers, pool tables, and a bar atmosphere.
If I come back, it will be to visit the speakeasy and enjoy that area.
Caleb is a true master of drinks. Whether you want something classic or custom, he nails it every time with skill, consistency, and creativity.
Kendall, the head chef, is incredible. Everything is made from scratch, and you can taste the care and detail in every dish. The food is already fantastic, and I can’t wait for the full menu to roll out – plus all the specials and special events they have coming up.
If you go, I highly recommend the stuffed onion rings. They’re unique, perfectly done, and absolutely delicious.
Together, this team makes Trifecta a standout. It’s always a joy to visit – whether I’m there for a business meeting, unwinding after work, or watching a game with friends. This place is welcoming, unique, and consistently excellent. Highly recommend.
