Helpful staff really made our visit a happy one. Our waitress was helpful to give us relevant advice about food allergies and intolerance. Great staff and great food – We had butterfly chicken with vegetables and tasty Madagascar cheese burgers. Three of us visited at 12.30 on a Sunday and it was nice and quiet. Drinks and main course came to £43.

Food was spectacular we got the North African burger and peri peri half chicken. The burger was beautiful, spiced perfectly, the peri peri chicken was amazing. Not too spicy not too bland , it was just the perfect amount of spice. The pineapple and mango salad was so refreshing, the fruits was so sweet and the salad had a really lovely sauce with it. The service was lovely, waiter ( Kibriya) was really helpful and accommodating. He was really nice with the kids too and offered us colouring books for them.
And the music was perfect. Not too loud. Would definitely be coming again.

Our first visit here and we were impressed. Tasty food and excellent service from our server who was polite, cheerful and attentive. Although the place was nearly empty on an early evening Saturday, it was torrential rain outside so it was a welcome shelter from this and to have an enjoyable experience. Additionally, it is a modern decor and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a fantastic experience dining at Tribez, From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Its a very quirky place which is exactly what me and my kids like.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal.
Somebody arrived in a wheelchair and staff were very helpful, even helped move furniture so the lady could sit exactly where she wanted.
The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the half chicken which was cooked to perfection and had such a fresh, vibrant taste I went for lemon and herb, my son had zinger burger and he ate the lot, asking if we could come back again, my other son had a children’s chicken burger,which he demolished along with our sides of onion rings, peri peri rice and coleslaw. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and every course felt thoughtfully prepared.
What really stood out was the attention to detail, not just in the food but in the overall dining experience. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a special night out, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending.

Came here on a whim last minute, was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Juicy chicken was perfect with the bbq sauce, and my mum (very picky) loved the sunset burger. Clean and cozy atmosphere. Our server was Eesha who was very professional and sweet, great service overall! would be returning

The place was absolutely dead. No atmosphere whatsoever. Ordered a t-bone steak, a Sirloin steak and a chicken zinger burger. The steaks were bland and I would not recommend ordering these. The peppercorn and mushroom sauce were watery. The mash potato was horrible. An absolute let down. The burger however was surprisingly good. Overall disappointed and won’t be visiting again

We tried the lamb chops, peri wings, and peri prawns — all grilled to perfection with that unmistakable South African kick. The tenderloin steak and chicken steak were incredibly juicy and full of flavour, served with mash, veg, chips, and the most delicious peppercorn sauce (seriously, chef’s kiss!).
The mocktails were just as impressive — refreshing, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere had a great energy.

We’d booked a table for 3 friends who were meeting up as part of a night out in Rochdale…….yes that is possible. Lol. Our meal was part of the Groupon offer, there were a few choices but mainly Burgers. I went for the half a chicken with Lemon and Herb sauce and Steak chips, the deal also included a fizzy drink. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and were asked if any of the party had allergies, we were given time to make our choice from the menu and we placed our order. The food arrived and all of us agreed it was delicious, the service was very prompt and friendly. Would we go again??? Definitely
